This little thing has been great so far. Installation and set up were quick and simple. HomeKit integration has been great. I haven’t had a chance to set up a schedule yet (also haven’t had a steady schedule to set up), but between the app and the HomeKit integration, I always walk into my house at the perfect temperature. Plus it looks great on the wall.

Works great and has saved us money on our electricity bill. Love being able to set a schedule and also being able to adjust it when away from home.

I've been using this for a few months now. I was looking for a smart thermostat that works with homekit, and this fit the bill. It was easy to install and setup. I haven't had any issues with it, and paired it with one of the Ecobee smart sensors in another room. The pair works well. My only complaint is you can only use the 3 automatic scenarios (home, sleep, away) with Homekit scenes. Any custom config would need to use the ecobee schedule.

I brought this after having problems with a Google Nest thermostat. This was easy to set up and the phone app is okay. On occasion, I am not able to connect to it through Google Home but usually works after a few attempts. I have also had to reset it once to get it to reconnect. Seems like the schedule gets bugged at times and other times doesn't follow its programming (dropping temperature at night). I haven't been able to figure out if this is because it is trying to be "smart" or just not working properly.

I decided to buy the Ecobee (vs the popular Nest) due to the ease of set up and better reviews. My electrician/HVAC guy was able to configure the C wire and it was working within no time. I've set up my schedule and can adjust manually the temperature as well as through the app. Easy peasy.

I had an Ecobee 3 and 3 additional sensors to help regulate an older A/C system at our old house. We liked it so much, we took it with us to our new one. Our new home is a 2-story home, so picking up another Ecobee for the house was a no-brainer. The setup of the Ecobee 3 Lite is much easier compared to the original Ecobee 3 version, but both are supported by the Ecobee app which walks you through the installation process. Setup was a breeze, just kill the breaker to the furnace that's supplying power to the thermostat and then swap out the units. Ecobee provides a small and large wall plate to help cover up holes / paint jobs from your old thermostat. One caveat here - the screw holes for the Ecobee 3 Lite are on the top and bottom. The Honeywell ones I replaced had them on the sides, so I had to get creative when mounting them. They're now both up and running and I can manage the schedule and comfort settings for both upstairs and downstairs. It also is compatible with Amazon's Echo and Google's Home platforms, you can issue voice commands like, "set the temp to 70 degrees." You also can pair Ecobee sensors to the 3 Lite - but we installed in downstairs and put our existing Ecobee 3 and 3 sensors upstairs since that's where my kids' bedrooms are.

This product is exactly what I wanted for exactly what I wanted to pay. I didn't have a lot to spend but I really wanted to be able to control the thermostat with Google Home for when it gets cold in the middle of the night and to help my family out of bed on cold mornings. It's perfect. I love it. It was pretty easy to install.

I was undecided between this and the Honeywell. I'm glad I purchased this. Was very easy to install and love being able to control it with my phone. The display isn't blank like the Nest. I was pleasantly surprised to see it always shows the inside and outside temperature and weather. Looks sharp on my wall and I highly recommend it.

So far we love the Ecobee 3 Lite thermostat that we bought. Both installation and setup were a breeze and we love being able to control our heat/cooling from our phones and setting them up for certain times to go on/off - or even when you are on the road and realize that you forgot to turn down the thermostat. Would recommend to anyone. Love the new technology of it and saved even more money with an electric company rebate.

It is easy to install and set up. Easy to control remotely. The Ecobee takes the smart thermostat to a different level with the addition of the sensors. It does a great job of balancing the temperature between rooms. It also knows when you are not in a room or when you leave home. I have been using an Ecobee for the last couple years and I can tell you that Ecobee will save you money and keep your home comfortable.

This thermostat was easy to install and integrated easily with both Alexa and Google. The online data tracking is a nice feature and the added sensors insure the temperature remains at setpoint based on the room you are actually in. That is nice since my thermostat is in a hallway on the other end of the house. The connection to WiFi and the weather readout, were easy to set up and provide a lot of convenience.

I came from having the Nest Learning Thermostat to the ecobee, and wow, it's an upgrade. Installation was a breeze, and it even has a bypass if you do not have an HVAC system that has a common wire. It also comes with a faceplate in the box. I set it up on the app through my phone in maybe 20 minutes and had my schedule set and ready to go. Compared to the Nest, this thermostat has way more features. Not only does it have a traditional "hold" feature, but it also has adjustable energy savings. You can choose anywhere between "max savings" and "minimal savings" with a slider on their app. I've also found the UI more friendly than the Nest's on the app and have had less glitches. The learning feature also seems more intuitive on the ecobee. I had actually turned it off on the Nest due to errors, but this seems to recognize when my home is occupied. I also have a few rooms in my house that run hotter or cooler by a few degrees, so the ability to buy extra temperature sensors is a huge plus for me. Overall, I'm really satisfied with this thermostat!

Love this thing! Super easy to install and set up. Easy integration with Home Kit. Haven't had a single issue with it so far. Love that I can change the temperature without getting out of bed.

Easy installion, sleek look and satisfied my requirement. Only thermostat that i know of which comes with component to extend your fan power for c wire. Instructions were very clrear how to set that up. Was able to install in 30 min. App is very simple. Only thing I feel is good to have is Option to add new comfort setting via app. We have to go to desktop app to add new comform setting right now.

Great product and excellent app. Bought 4 of them, one for each zone. Cuter service was great. He walked through the entire process including wiring for my specific hvac system. A Tuvalu quite straight forward to install. It has improved quality of life while reducing cost long term.

I installed this with a little help from my wife. We had an older unit without the common wire so had to take a few extra steps but the instructions were clear and the thermostat is working beautifully. We love that we can adjust the temperature on our phone from anywhere! Some utilities are giving rebates for installing smart thermostats.

I love my ecobee thermostat. It let’s me change the temperature thru Apple HomeKit and Siri. The upgrade to the smart thermostat is one of the best decisions I ever made. I’ve had it for a few months and couldn’t be happier. No issues works like a charm.

We have 3 ACs in our house and use Ecobee’s to ensure that only one unit runs at a time during On Peak times in our SRP service area. Demand stays below 8 kWhrs with our 16 year old ACs and our bills are cut in half. Work well for this because of 30minute minimum programming increments. Easy to install. Very reliable. Plus remote control of your thermostat.
