    The installer didn’t install the wiring right which caused my air not to work. They have to come out to fix it!!!!

    If you don’t know wher your c wire is located ( my was not located in the furnace) installing this product became more complicated. The support team was great 5 stars ⭐️; but in the end I could not verified the c wire location therefore would needed to call an Electrican in. At double price of the unit wasn’t worth it. Very disappointed as I was looking to using this unit.
