The Ecobee thermostat and sensors make my home more comfortable and have saved on utility costs. We have 4 sensors, the only fault so far is the ecobee servers have crashed a couple of times when this happens everything still works you just can't control it remotely.

I’m sorry I couldn’t use this because I have a reporting thermostat that goes with my Bryant evolution furnace but the look and function of the thermostat is very nice, so sorry I have to return this.

Ecobee 4 works more intuitively than expected from both the thermostat and remotely with my android devices. I added two more sensors for even more effective control of my single stage natural gas and a/c system.

Nothing bad to say. My only suggestion is unless you work in the HVAC field pay a professional to install. Very intuitive product. You will Also need a strong internet connection to keep it connected.

This was a little difficult to install because our unit was an older model. But once it was installed it works great. Love turning the heat down after I leave the house and turn it back up before I return.

I have been using the ecobee4 for about a month now and I have to say it has a lot more features than the Nest. I do really like the Alexa built in and as well works great with my Samsung Smarthings

This has been one of better investments. Already saw a decrease in bill, easy to install, easy to navigate app web and manually. I ran a new c wire to the blue wire on transformer at furnace for 24 volts.

Loved the ecobee 3 now thatbit has Alexa it works even better and it feels faster , also it’s a great way to have the temp in your house set to when you leave the house and all works great with Apple home kit

Very pleased with this smart thermostat. BUT watch out if you are trying to use it in a zone system. The instructions don't address this at all & caused me to have to hire a technician! BEWARE.

My house has been consistent temp at all locations I set up in the beginning. I hope to replace and add more items in the near future, I expect them to operate excellently as well. Totally awesome!!

Everything works great except Alexa which behaves weird sometimes as it has frequent connections problems. I had some sound issues with Alexa speakers as well but the customer service was very helpful in fixing it remotely for me.

really enjoy the ecobee, like having something i can control via my phone so while i'm away or at home i can set everything or have it automatically adjust based on if i'm home or not.

I love the ecobee 4 that we just installed. Works like a charm and love that I can ask it to do many things, like play music or cool the room done. Very nice looking piece on the wall as well.

The thermostat is a nice gadget, I bought it for the energy savings. Unfortunately it does not work well with Vivint home security, so I had to go with another. But I would recommend this thermostat as long as it plays well with your home security.

I had issues with my first one, that Ecobee did send me a new one. I like the sensors to put in different rooms. Seems to help balance the rooms some. Biggest disappointment being tied to Alexa, you cant tell it to adjust the temperature by voice.

Very impressed with this thermostat. It gives me the opportunity to preset temperature settings from my phone and even for planned trips away far in advance in case I forget to change them.

Have not used too many times yet but finding ways to use for new foods have been quite interesting. The healthy ideas to get fried foods with almost no oil has made the decision to use it easy !

I love my Ecobee! The remote sensors really help out a lot with aggregating the temp around our home since the main t-stat is in a weird location.

No more manual adjustments to the thermostat or schedule when the weather changes. The remote sensor is great to have in a separate room to balance the temps, and this thing is smart.
