Love this brand of smart thermostat. The installation is simple- but if you do have questions, you can call the support team which is very helpful. Like that I can change the temperature while I am away or even sitting in my living room.

Amazing that this integrates so well with every “smarthome/ Ai” system. Easy install.. does take some time to get used to the settings customization but once you have it set the system works rather flawlessly.

My nest was running all day, not operating properly. Google was zero help, so I switched. So happy i did, such a better product. If you see this, believe me and just purchase it.

I got this on sale at Best Buy for a great price, but after using it for about a month, I think that the thermostat is worth its full price. I replace my old dumb thermostat with this unit. It was very easy to install, other than having to add the common wire to the new thermostat. There is a device that is included in the box that is supposed to help with units that are missing the common wire, but I Just didn’t want to have something else that could go wrong in the system. You can add the thermostat to the ecobee and Home app simultaneously, which you will need the ecobee app to properly use it, because the home app doesn’t have all the features that you need to properly control the thermostat on the app, but if you are on the iPhone and have a home pot you could tell Siri to adjust the temperature however you want it. There also other sensors that you can buy and connect to the main unit.

Works great and great support for install. Had to call because I had an extra connection wire. Talked through and install done in less than an hour.

Love the ease of use on the device and the app. I have not had it long but I loved getting the reminder to change my filters.

Easy install, easy app. It works while my Nest c-wire connection kept short cycling my AC. I think it's too confusing to use vs. Nest though, and I am a techie. It's almost like they tried to overly complicate it to be "efficient". If you don't like tech, Honeywell is the way to go. Once I learn this a bit more, I'm sure I'll like it more (possibly)

I decided to upgrade my thermostat so i went with a very known brand and their thermostats were not good at all, the room temp was inaccurate and the a/c was on for 24 hours straight without turning off, i tried 5 thermostats from the same known brand and they were all the same until i found the Ecobee smart Enhanced thermostat, the ecobee gives me a very accurate room temperature, it makes the a/c work better and it helps me save some $$ on my electricity bill, this thermostat needs to have a a/c unit with a C-Wire for it to work properly with the wifi, if the unit doesnt have that C-wire (blue wire) connected then it comes with a little box that will make your a/c unit be compatible with the Ecobee, i suggest you get an a/c professional to install that for you or there is also a cheaper DIY option that helps too, once you have the ecobee thermostat you can also buy a 24volt power adapter for under $16, the power adapter has a long cable with the cable being split in 2 at the end, one end goes to your RC connection and the other one goes to your C connection on the ecobee thermostat, it’s very simple to do and it saved me from calling a professional to connect the little converter box that the ecobee brings. You wont regret buying this product.

Had an older Nest and it didnt integrate with Home Assist. Switched over to ecobee due to great reviews and the integration support. Theres a little bit of a learning curve. The eco mode scheduling will let temps deviate a bit to save money so yiu have to tune it and find what works best. After about 2 weeks of tuning everything is in a good place. The home feels really well balanced and we rarely id evwr adjust temps. The system just runs. Lifes been great. No regrets switching.

I've been a Nest user for over five years. The Nest was connected to my Amazon Echo and I had created a couple of voice commands to set tempertures without touching the dial. Google bought Nest, then Google required an account to continue to use the Nest App. I opted to remove the Nest and install the ecobee. Excellent thermostat! Equal to the Nest in every way except the pre-cool/heat function.

Love how large the display is on this thermostat. It is super user friendly too - very easy to set up on the app. This device makes it easy to monitor the temperature at our home while we are gone so we don't have to worry about our furbaby's comfort. The $75 rebate was a huge bonus and incentive to purchase this thermostat.

So glad we’re bought this. It has really helped lower our bill. Hoping it’ll continued to do well once it gets colder.

Already after a few months showing savings. A little complicated to set up and use over a non-smart unit, but once part of HomeKit easy to see where you are going

Nice thermostat you are able to change more setting then other thermostats. Sometimes wifi connection not great to just change the temperature.
