New home and thus new smart devices added and this thermostat is an upgrade to my original Eco bee that was becoming a bit outdated. This one really simplifies controlling my air within my home and has an added feature of Amazon Alexa built in.

Bought it for my parents as they wanted to control temp by phone. They love it and like how the temp number is big easy to see

This thermostat has been a game changer for my electric bill. Being able to control it while at work or on vacation has helped so much. Paired with the smart sensors i am able to monitor every room in my home!

The ac installing people said they have a hard time with the Google Nest. This seems to be a better altrnative, the company is nice and ethical too. I am happy with my purchase

It works with an electric baseboard heater. 2 wire setup. Just had to buy the extra attachment for the power to ecobee.

Love these smart thermostats! Easy to install and control. Sensors send notes for filters changes and humidity levels for constant maintenance from app. Bought 4 and highly recommend!

App was super helpful with install, gave step by step instructions on how to install the thermostat. Customer service was also super helpful with any questions I had.

Thermostat and app works as designed and is easy to set up and use. It controls both heating and cooling. You can setup schedules and vacations to vary the temperature. It has a built-in sensor to detect activity and it it doesn’t see any it goes into “eco” mode and lowers the temperature. Our thermostat is around a corner so it doesn’t see much motion and goes into “eco” mode even when we are there. We are going to need to add the remote sensor in to the family room to fix this. One other note, if you have a heat pump only system with Emergency Heat strips, this model is not for you. The Premium model is the one you need.

Thermostat is great. This is my second ecobee and they’ve both been super intuitive and useful. I’ve had cheaper smart thermostats in the past but ecobee is worth the money. Dropping a star because their online help wasn’t the best.

Works efficiently. Rebate makes it cost effective.

Great alternative to nest. Esp if you don’t have a c wire since it comes with the PEK kit!

My install was a little complicated did not have the green wire in thermostat. Otherwise, would have been installed in 10 minutes.

Works well be needs more wires then I had available (dedicated C wire)

Suppose to be a good thermostat. Haven't install it yet so I will give additional review later.

Upgraded from the elite version and it was a much needed upgrade! Highly recommended!

Thermostat is pretty simple to program. I think the best thing is picking up your phone and adjusting the temp without having to get out of bed!
