This thermostat looks great on the wall. The room sensor is surprisingly useful, so much so that I will be buying 4 more to cover the more used areas of the house. The air quality sensor is somewhat lacking- it's a relative sensor, not an absolute sensor. You can only get basic air quality data for VOCs and CO2. This is fine for me, but it is something to note. The speaker is surprisingly loud but as expected not very bassy. I compared this to the Nest 3, but the Ecobee surpasses the Nest in every conceivable way. The HomeIQ data is wonderfully nerdy to look at.

Looks and works great! It is easy to use and it’s really nice to adjust the temperature while you are away from home. Installation was fairly simple.

I love this thermostat. Definitely an upgrade over the previous version the extra weight on the unit gives it a better feel. The silver also looks much nicer when mounted on the wall. The bigger screen is a nice upgrade and it makes the content easier to read from far away. I would recommend upgrading to this from the enhanced model or a previous version. the best part is that it is HomeKit compatible and it works great with my existing HomeKit ecosystem.

Works as expected. Homekit automation!!! Can change settings from anywhere! Had trouble installing. Their support was fast and VERY helpful!

Love that it has a air quality feature. It really works too. After we cook something like bacon, the display will say fair quality. We will open up the windows and turn on the fan- and it will go back to clean. Most people do not realize that artificial fragrance, candles, sprays, and plug ins actually worsen your air quality. Over all love the premium as it seems to have better features than the older version.

Great thermostat easy to use, maintains itself and lets you know when your AC needs to be maintenance

I changed out my Nest because I could not automate it with Home Assistant. The Ecobee works great with my Home Assistant and I really like it. I would recommend it for Smart home applications. Ray

This is my second ecobee I upgraded nothing wrong with the original best product. Hands-down helps me save energy on my light bill And Alexa is a plus better than nest thermostat and looks a lot much fancier and elegant. I even gave away my original ecobee to my friend and they love it.

First, I love the look and ease of setting. It's taking me a little time to get used to it since it's only been 3 weeks. The fact that I can access this from another location is priceless!

I used to have a nest thermostat but it is not as user friendly as an Ecobee. If you have two or more zones, you can control it on the same app. Well worth the switch

Overall, this has been great. Super easy to install and setup. The app is good. The webUI is ok, but it has a little more functionality than the phone app. It integrates with all the smart home stuff, Alexa, Google, Siri, HomeAssistant, etc so you can adjust it from anywhere, and gather info from it for all kinds of stuff. My one complaint is that eco+ is trying to kill us. It's supposed to help save money by making adjustments to the temperature from time to time, but every time I've let it take over my house ends up at like 85+ degrees. The SmartSensor it comes with it is super handy. I wish it came with more, or they were a little cheaper. $100 for 2 additional sensors is a little steep.

It was time to upgrade the old thermostat to enable more control and help monitor energy savings. I purchased 2 additional smart sensors to help monitor different areas. As a senior woman, I found installation and programming easy.

Love this unit. Nice upgrade over our ecobee 4 which got fried during a brown out. Easy to set up and connect to our network.

I have friends who purchase this & told me all about it. I went to Best Buy with my wife to see it & play with it. Best Buy had it on display and demo mood so we learn more about it. Overall we love how we can control the thermostat with sir it just the app on the phone if not the smartphone app on iPhone. It comes in handy when we forget to turn the AC up or lower it down so when we get home the house it nice and cold.

This Ecobee replaces an older Honeywell programmable thermostat in hopes of managing the temp swings in our house during the winter. So far, so good. The thermostat is located in a huge vaulted two-story living room that causes the heater to run constantly in the middle of the night, burning us out of the bedroom and our basement is always cold. Added in two extra SmartSenors to help control it all. Also seems to manage the furnace blower better than the Honeywell.

This our first digital thermostat & we love it. It’s user friendly & easy to use. We purchased a new thermostat because we were getting a new HVAC system installed & wanted to be able to have the option to control the temp from our phones. My husband & I love it.
