    We were gifted the ecobee as a housewarming gift, and are super excited to have it. We had a professional install it to avoid any issues occurring. I love that I can control the thermostat from my phone. The app is so easy to use. Great upgrade!

    I am using this in a 4 bedroom, trilevel house and it replaced a basic thermostat that was probably 20 years old. The ability to have the thermostat average the temperature across different sensors is extremely effective at cooling the house. I also like how it will adjust the temperature based off the cost of electricity, precooling the house when the electricity is cheaper so the hvac will not need to run electricity prices go up.
