Thermostat works fine. Smart sensor was low in battery when I initially had it paired so I brought it back to Best Buy to either have the sensor or the battery replaced. Best Buy doesn't carry the battery for the sensor and refused to switch the defective sensor and give me a new one. They told me to uninstall the thermostat and bring everything back for an exchange. I'm not going to do that after paying a professional to install it for me. I understand that it is their policy and nothing the staff can help me with, but it is still ridiculous to not make it right for something so simple. I now will have to look for the battery somewhere else for the new sensor and just move on. My time is worth more than having to get Best Buy to do something about it. I have always picked Best Buy over other retailers for electronic and appliance purchases but because of this one bad experience over a battery, they will lose me as a customer and a shareholder. It just poor customer service.

I have solar panels. But I still pay for electric if it goes over what the solar panels have produced. Last year, my electric bill was $90. This year this month, I paid only $22! That’s a $70 saving for the summer!

We bought two of these since we have two units in our house; one for the main floor & the other in our master bedroom upstairs. We use the sensor in our 1-year-old’s room for the upstairs, as his room was always colder. The smart features are second to none.

Ecobee is the best smart thermostat. As a property manager, I put them in all of my homes.

I bought four of these to replace 4 very old thermostats in the home i bought this past summer. While the packaging and instructions were great, I still ended up needing some assistance due to the compkexixty of my existing units and the shoddy wiring I inherited. Ecobee customer service was anazing, very patient and walked me through the whole process. Now they are all installed and worrking wonders. They look great, and the app to see and control ecerything is very intuitive. These are the ones you want. Trust me. Dont cheap out. Youll never need new thermostats again.

Very nifty and very convenient device works well integrated with my Alexa SmartHome system throughout my house and gives optimal comfort temperature settings while saving money, I love it!

Cool features and looks sleek. Didn’t work for me because the ac unit is on my roof too difficult for me.

Ecobee Premium Smart Thermostat replaced a Honeywell Smart Thermostat. We are very pleased with the power of the Ecobee.

Going from what looked like to be a really old basic thermostat to this is night and day difference. Love the fact that I can control it from the app and the eco mode is also great.

We have used EERO for years and this one has the ability to check for CO2. Easy to program so that the AC/Heater stays within ranges I set for each of the three daily periods, based on sensor in the various rooms of the house. Love it.

I have a dual fuel system and could not get it to work correctly with the my old thermostat and this thermostat not only works but track my system usage.

Has worked great for the month we've had it. I like the ability to control it from my phone. Remote sensor is nice to regulate the temperature in an upstairs bedroom at night.

Works amazing. I love the fact that I can just have Siri change my temperature from any of my apple devices. It’s actually saving me money compared to my old basic thermostat.

I bought this as a replacement to my honeywell one. Didnt think it was goijgmto make a difference, but i was weong. Sensors assist with keeping the house cooled and humidity just right.

Excellent product, It has really saved me on my consumption by over 20% but it takes time to get use to and you really need to understand how all the functions work. Overall good value for the money.

Love that it is HomeKit enabled. Links to my Belgian doorbell and chimes when someone is at the door. Great usability from a thermostat standpoint.

So far the thermostat ism't working as expected. It keeps flucuating between heat and auxiliary.
