    Great thermostat, the remote sensor is great for a large area. If you have a lot of windows that heat up the room faster than than the other side this is perfect.

    Not as easy to use as others suggested. I have a hard time adjusting temperatures outside of my “schedule” as it only does it for a certain time frame. Haven’t found a way to adjust this yet.

    Very easy to setup and use. Wish you didn’t require a separate Ecobee app, but grateful you can use most features in the Home app.

    Support telephone number is impossible to find on the Ecobee website. I had to search for it separately. Upon calling it, the voice menu is lengthy and they never did answer my calls. I tried to have them call me back but it hasn’t happened yet. It’s one of the most expensive thermostats I’ve ever seen. Do you really ever need a thermostat that does anything else besides turn on the heat or AC at certain temperatures?? Probably not. I don’t need this piece of crap, I can’t imagine why anyone else would. Besides the horrible support, the reason I called them in the first place was it kept turning the heat on - and would randomly turn the fan on. Even after we turned it off, it still turned on the fan. After we set the temperature, it would turn the heat up to 77 degrees?!?!?! This is a terrible experience
