    I had a Nest Thermostat for years, and I liked it. I switched to the Ecobee because it has Apple Homekit and Siri support. It works great and the added sensor makes a difference in my house, now the house temp is more content between where the sensor and thermostat are.

    I replaced a older version of ecobee with this Premium version. I would like to add a dehumidifier and wanted the extras the Premium provided. Unfortunately, it has been nothing but issues. The first one would only run ac. Even on heat it ran ac. The humidity and temperatures way off. I took it back to best buy. The second one will not connect sensors. I went through support and they sent another sensor to try. I have 4 total. Same issue. So now I'm waiting on the 3rd thermostat to show up

    We moved recently and had to leave behind our Ecobee. Loved the first edition Ecobee so much we decided to try the upgrade. It’s awesome and one of the best purchases we’ve ever made. The husband refuses to have a “standard” thermostat now after using Ecobee!
