What a great product! We have had other robot vacuums in the past, but nothing can match the debot! Very smart vacuum and it really does clean as advertised. The mop also works like a charm. Highly recommended purchasing this product of you clean your floors on a daily basis and have pets.

Alright, after having the robot for 4 months. the honeymoon phases was great. The robot did what it needed to do and I loved the mopping function. This week, I started to experience issues with the robot not dispensing water to mop the floor. Mind you, the clean water tanks were full, added new pads, checked the filter, and poked the holes where water is dispensed in case they were clogged and still no luck with the robot mopping my floors. Another issue I have with this robot is that lens at the top makes the robot too tall for some of my furniture. I loved my iRobot because it would go under the couches, beds, night stand, etc without an issue. If you are considering getting an a Deebot X1, I would reconsider this robot.

Its okay. Fir the brice i feel it should be better but it does clean well. It just loses connectivity often and have to manually start it.

This machine is amazing. I have had 3 other brand robot vacuums and this one beats them by a landslide. It never gets stuck in any furniture. It mops so well my dirty water is brown every time. The voice commands do not work well but the app does. Very customizable. I love it.

The vaccum works wonderfully, only reason it gets 4 stars is because it has connectivity issues that make the vaccum unuseable at times.

It’s a great robot. I love it’s vacuuming and mopping capabilities. Unfortunately the iOS app is terrible. I have lost my map multiple times (even ones I had backed up!). Unacceptable. I am on the verge of changing it for the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra, which appears to have a much better app according to reviewers online. I have until the 23rd to make up my mind. It does map the house quickly, but it is a pain having to relabel and divide the map over and over again. Back up the map and not being able to restore it. I have tried deleting the application from my phone and reinstalling it. I have even restored the robot and nothing works. This is a robot that is in my opinion the most aesthetically pleasing one and love the mopping, but the app is extremely frustrating. If they could only fix the app I wouldn’t think of returning it at all. Great quality robot, horrible user experience due to terrible app. The App is the only reason I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

Overall great except for some connectivity issues. Wish there was more pressure with the mopping.

We have a T8 and it works pretty well, so I thought, hmm, if the newer mopping setup works as well as they say, why not? So, I purchased one. It has some cool features like Fast Mapping, returning to empty the dustbin during cleaning and Nav is a bit better. Mopping, well that leaves something to be desired. Even after I got tech support to tell me about the hidden "Preferences" panel on phone app, the water flow wasn't really enough. I checked our tile floor with a wet paper towel for dirt level before and after mopping twice. Unfortunately, not what I expected. (still fairly dirty) The unit returned, changed the water, and cleaned mop heads numerous times (we have a lot of tile!) and the tray would say it was full and I need to fix it or drain it ??? Really???, so I hit the DRAIN Button on the unit and you could hear it sucking water. (This happened several times) In my opinion, Not worth the $1600!! I'm going back to our old T8 (We call her Sophia (Golden Girls)) and I'm purchasing a replacement ultrasonic cleaner attachment. Ours died which is what prompted me to look into something better. (Oh there was one really cool feature, it dries the mop heads!)

Unfortunately, my experience has been quite underwhelming, leading to a disappointing 2-star rating. Inconsistent Cleaning Performance: While the DEEBOT X1 OMNI is packed with features, its cleaning performance is inconsistent. On some days, it does a decent job, but often it misses spots or leaves dirt behind, especially along edges and corners. For a robot vacuum at this price point, I expected more reliable and thorough cleaning. Mopping Functionality: The mopping feature is not up to par. The water distribution is uneven, and the mop pads often leave streaks on my hardwood floors. Additionally, it struggles with tougher stains, requiring me to manually clean areas after the robot has finished. Navigation Issues: Despite having laser mapping and AI object recognition, the DEEBOT X1 OMNI frequently gets stuck or has trouble navigating around obstacles. It has trouble recognizing small objects and sometimes bumps into furniture. This issue negates the convenience of having a “smart” cleaning device. Self-Cleaning and Auto Emptying: The self-cleaning and auto-emptying features sound great in theory, but in practice, they are unreliable. The auto-emptying feature often leaves debris in the dustbin, and the self-cleaning mechanism for the mop pads doesn't thoroughly clean them, leading to an unpleasant odor over time. App and Connectivity: The ECOVACS app is clunky and not very intuitive. Setting up schedules and adjusting settings is more complicated than it should be. Connectivity issues are frequent, and sometimes the robot goes offline for no apparent reason, requiring a manual reset. Build Quality and Durability: The build quality feels subpar for such an expensive device. After just a few months of use, I’ve noticed significant wear and tear. The brushes wear out quickly, and replacements are quite costly. Noise Level: The DEEBOT X1 OMNI is louder than expected, especially during the auto-emptying process. This is quite disruptive, particularly in a home setting where quiet operation is appreciated. Customer Support: Customer support has been disappointing. When I reached out for assistance with the navigation and cleaning issues, responses were slow, and the solutions provided were ineffective. Overall Value: Considering the high price, the DEEBOT X1 OMNI does not deliver the performance and reliability one would expect. The inconsistent cleaning, navigation issues, and unreliable features make it hard to justify the investment. In conclusion, the ECOVACS DEEBOT X1 OMNI promises a lot with its advanced features but fails to deliver consistent and effective cleaning. The numerous issues with navigation, mopping, self-cleaning, and app connectivity significantly detract from its value. I cannot recommend this product given its current performance and high price.

I love this robot Hightly recommend putting a protection plan as well. Clean well, Follow everything good. Make sure every year clean everything and change everything.

I love my mop since I have several animals and I mop daily sometimes 2 times day. I am a in my 80’s and if it wasn’t for my Deebot I couldn’t keep my floors clean.

The BEST Clean robot, easy Clean, smart, Efficient

I have owned the IRobot, the Shark vacuum, and the Braava mopping. By FAR the DEEBOT is the Absolute BEST!! It does not leave marks on my walls like the previous robots and is very quiet. My floors have never looked better!

Great buy my wife loves it! Does a perfect job very clean when it comes to the mopping part didn’t have much faith in it but really impressed.

I love how the app is so easy to use and how good the end result for the cleaning is. It does a lot on its own, the only thing that needs some hand is if you want vacuum only which requires you to remove the mop.

Nothing beats this. The unit works great. I mopped my kitchen and it worked excellent.

I have had my Ecovacs for less than a month, but so far, I love it. It cleans great. My one complaint would be that the app is not very intuitive, but if you play with it a little bit, you'll figure it out

Its got all the tech to bad they just missed the cliff senors. Good vacuum, good mopping, and always makes it back home to clean and empty. If you have any carpets that have black designs, be warned ecovac went cheap on the cliff sensors. They still have issues working with these types of carpets. So they frequently play the game of backup and run in circles here. The other games in town, roborock and irobot have the upgraded dual beam cliff sensors that deal with this better. No one writes reviews about this issue. Just don't trust ecovac to address this and keep up to date with software based on there track record from the t8 and below. Used what feel like the same navigation even with all the sensors this time around. Has issues with transitions and the logic look like a ecovac from a few years ago. Go roborock and save yourself the hassle.

I bought this almost 2 years and no single day goes by that I don’t regret buying this product. One of the brushes tangled and broke from day one. literally on the first the first hour of use. Customer service didn’t help. It never cleans the whole app. Just one small area and returns to station. And It gets stuck trying to park at the station. Returns to station to empty dust bean but never resumes cleaning. App is hard to navigate. The mapping design is difficult to edit. It listens to your conversations and it confuses whatever you say with a command. It stayed in storage for a season becuase it stopped vacumming and mopping and kept sefl cleaning to the point of just leaking water and if it dared to start cleaning it would just keep going back to station instantly. I gave it another chance at my new place, so I reset it and it seemed to work but nope. It’s just seems to avoid full tasks. It cleans a small area and goes back to station. My cheap eufy from amazon did better. I can’t wait to fully pay this so I can buy a roomba.
