My husband purchased this for our home to do daily vacuuming and moping. We also have Shark matrix and compared to that one.
The good.
It run silently and vacuum and mop is good combination. A video feed is good but it is a privacy concern. I like the vacuum but it is not user friendly.
The bad
The biggest issue with this i face is the mapping the home and dividing the rooms.
No matter what I do it does not effectively recognize the rooms. the manual division is like divide the room from wall to wall that does not work. you can just make 1 room and the moment you divide another one it fails.
Contacted the support but they are not any help.
Instead of dividing a room it should has an option to create a room just by dragging the rectangle and making that area as a room. simple. Like their creating virtual boundary works best. The shark user interface is much better that just cost 20% compared to this. I wish they update the app otherwise it is the worst user experience and the customer care is unable to resolve.
I do not recommend this product until it is effectively working.
