    Hard to justify the price originally but this thing does exactly what it's intended for. Vacuums and mops for me on a schedule and I only need to interact with the machine every week or two to dump the dirty water and refill the cleaning water. Had the lower model before and rarely wanted it to go clean since I would have to refill the water and change the mop pads over and over. This one cleans the pads as well.

    I’ve had this unit for about 8 months, and while it cleans pretty well, there is a lot not to like about it. After the first few months, it started randomly saying the brush is tangled, even when it’s not. At the worst times it stops every couple minutes claiming this and you have to tell it to continue over and over. I have cleanings scheduled for certain days of the week, and the robot will consistently skip rooms that are part of the scheduled cleaning. The app is frustrating, splitting rooms is pretty much impossible, which from a quick online search, has been a known issue for years, and the developers have chosen not to fix it. While I am making it work through the issues noted above, for how much the unit cost, I expected the functionality to be a lot smoother. Unless these issues get fixed by the manufacturer, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

    The self cleaning of pads is an amazing feature. The maps functions are difficult to use on a phone and a bit clunky.

    This item worked great, when i first got it. Now not so much, constantly knocking its mopping pads off cause it’s suddenly started using them on carpet. It will now only clean one room then take a nap in the docking bay, not charging or needing a charge.

    The X2 Omni is awesome. I first tried a competitors vacuum and it wasn’t very smart. It cost the same amount of money and hit everything in my house. The Deebot has awesome sensors and does what it should. The only real downside is he likes cords so I’ve had to make sure they’re secured and not out where he can get them. Mopping is also awesome getting dirty paw prints removed every time.

    Hello, as far as this equipment is concerned, it does not work as advertised, it is built well and looks of good quality, but in the programming to carry out its cleaning routine it cannot be executed well. The computer is not capable of making decisions autonomously, and it is very clear that its programming or memory to be able to execute the cleaning is limited or corrupted. If I could I would return it but time has passed to do that. Don't buy it until they solve the problem with the vacuum operating system.

    Worked fine in the beginning then about a week out it could not find its home. Try to reboot it several times try to reconnect to the app as well. It could never find itself. I always came home to a job unfinished and it going around in circles just dead right there I did like the features with the camera and their surveillance that it had but that’s about it

    I've had this for about 2 weeks and it is the best vacuum/mopping robot I've ever owned. It is expensive but you're getting what you paid for. The new mopping system is great. I don't feel like I have to even do regular mopping anymore. My floors are spotless and I have 2 big dogs in the house. I would definitely recommend this product.

    I was a bit hesitant, especially knowing I was going to be the one to put things together or fix them if they were broken, but my wife really wanted one. We had looked at just the vacs, but having recently taken out all of our carpet the mop functionality was a huge bonus. This is our first robotic vacuum, and I have to say it is pretty awesome. The assembly was way easier than expected. My kids are messy despite my best efforts and I can already tell this is going to save me a ton of grumpy comments. I saw other people comment on the square design being good for corners, and I witnessed it myself the first day. : ). The only other thing I was concerned about was the size of the base station, but considering it receives the dirt, and dispenses the water it makes complete sense. Also, it matches our oven, so just looks like another shiny new appliance. Instal was super easy, the app paired easily via Bluetooth, and all is good. We are only 5 days in, but so far, really very happy with the decision. Especially since the kids are now afraid to leave their toys out on the ground. : ) WIN !!!

    I do not recommend this vacuum. I have had it for three weeks and tried returning it to the Concord, NH store, but the manager refused the return because it had just passed the 14-day return policy window. This is ridiculous! The vacuum does not always follow the mapping, gets lost, and doesn’t always dock properly. I literally have to be home to redirect it to areas it didn't clean, even though it claims to have cleaned the whole house. Additionally, the price of the vacuum dropped significantly—by hundreds of dollars—after the 15 days. Because it was the 17th day, they said it was outside of the price match window. Given these experiences, I will not be a returning to Best Buy, as they clearly do not pritoritize customer satisfaction.

    Was unable to get a working map. Unclear if it was the robot or the app. Tried for over a month. Cleaned well but could not dock with mop attached when base was on my carpet. Pads always touched the carpet even when lifted. Really wanted it to work as it had all the things I wanted. Had to finally give up and return. The app was not user friendly and had to be restarted often during cleaning.

    Greatest purchase we have ever made.. it vacuums, mops, does one or the other, or both! Super easy to use app.can start the vacuum when you're away from home and come back to a clean floor!

    We had X1 for before upgrading to this robot. We thought it would be good upgrade die to its design. The robo has battery issues. It tales about 240 mins to clean 2 rooms. Has no obsticle avoidance features.

    I really wanted to like this but the more we used it, the worse it did. The pathing is terrible for the device, the main brush constantly said it was tangled seconds after we completely cleared it, obstacle avoidance is terrible. Great idea, terrible execution.
