Needed a simple fix from multiple HDMI outputs to another monitor without changing my video card.

A little high on the price but this Cam Link is worth the money. Works just like a capture card and also has its own cam link program. I live stream with it everyday and it has been a great device to have.

Works perfectly with my Panasonic G85 and OBS. Almost no set up, just plugged it in, got the Elgato software, and was good to go. Very compact and easy to travel with as well.

Needed one for work; work is producing more and more livestream events and I needed to connect my GH5 as a camera source to my computer. Works well, no complaints!

I’ve heard nothing but rave reviews for this cam link. I bought it to stream YouTube videos and then Realized I wouldn’t be streaming so I returned it.
Based on many user recommendations I would recommend this.

So I made this purchase BEFORE Zoom got an update... grr! Turns out I don’t need this anymore since I can just connect my DSLR camera via USB and use it for Zoom meetings. In all fairness, (when I did use it) the quality was superb!

Assuming you have a decent DSLR capable of outputting video via HDMI, this device lets you leverage said camera for Zoom and other virtual meeting software (Skype, WebEx, etc.). No drivers to install, at least on Mac--it just works.

I use this with my Canon M50 to use as a webcam and its been working out great!! The only thing I really needed to purchase was a longer USB extension cable, since the one it comes with is pretty short. But other than that, its been great!

Using a camera instead of a webcam while you are live streaming is amazing! The quality, the finess of the camera is just so much better than the webcam.
If you are serious about your live streaming, this is a must!

Does what I needed it to do. I haven’t had any problems recently. Even tested a few cameras, GoPro, and I think I could use a phone as well if I had an adapter but the sky’s the limit. Best of luck to everyone else trying this out.

I got this to add my camera to my obs software. Aside for needing to download the software, everything was very easy to set up. I had no issues getting everything ready. Quality is what I expected and works exactly how I expect.

I wasn't sure if this capture card would work for live streaming with my camcorder. It's not listed as a compatible device and I couldn't find info online. I can vouch it does work with the Sony CX900, which means it should also work with the AX100.

It's pretty decent for a USB. I would definitely buy it again if needing a 4k. I already have the 4k Capture card, and it works just like it, except the cam link is limited to 4k 30 FPS, which isn't necessarily a downside.

Elgato's most impressive capture card yet is far from perfect, but it's a good product for serious Xbox One X content creators. 4K video is hard. More pixels means more power to process them, whether you're playing a game or rendering a video.

I use it to capture the 4k vid cam. It does exactly what its supposed to do. I would recommend using a USB or extension though as it it a little heavy on the USB mounted socket. The software fro Elgato and is really easy to use as well.

Product works as it should.
Best Buy however does not. I went to three different locations this week looking for another product.
Each trip was based on inventory that said you had the item in store.
So today I bought that item and a PC tower from Amazon.
