Make sure that whatever device you use has clean HDMI video output (ability to turn off on-screen camera information).

Which means I have to now use 2 ports every time. My Avermedia works just fine via my docking station. So, I am keeping this for when I travel.

Great foe live streaming YouTube videos

I bought it to stream YouTube videos and then Realized I wouldn’t be streaming so I returned it. Based on many user recommendations I would recommend this.

The quality, the finess of the camera is just so much better than the webcam. If you are serious about your live streaming, this is a must!

Turns out I don’t need this anymore since I can just connect my DSLR camera via USB and use it for Zoom meetings. In all fairness, (when I did use it) the quality was superb!

Makes you look so much better on Zoom

No drivers to install, at least on Mac--it just works.

Aside for needing to download the software, everything was very easy to set up. I had no issues getting everything ready. Quality is what I expected and works exactly how I expect.

Even tested a few cameras, GoPro, and I think I could use a phone as well if I had an adapter but the sky’s the limit. Best of luck to everyone else trying this out.

The only thing I really needed to purchase was a longer USB extension cable, since the one it comes with is pretty short. But other than that, its been great!

I would definitely buy it again if needing a 4k. I already have the 4k Capture card, and it works just like it, except the cam link is limited to 4k 30 FPS, which isn't necessarily a downside.

Card is compatible with Sony CX900

It's not listed as a compatible device and I couldn't find info online. I can vouch it does work with the Sony CX900, which means it should also work with the AX100.
