Not as advertised- beware cable length.

The shutter remote works well, but it clearly states on the box there is a 4' (1.2m) cable. The cable is 6" long max, which makes it hard to use. I would not have bought it if the box didn't clearly state there was a 4' cable. When you are in the field photographing time lapse shots, it is very difficult to stand there 6" from the camera for three hours. Poor marketing. Returning and shopping elsewhere.
