Easy set up.... great prints. Sick of printer cartridges so went with this. Individual tanks are easy to install and come with the printer. Thank you Best Buy for having a link to the magazine (PC magazine?) That has an excellent review of this one and the next model up... the article was clear and we quickly understood we didn't need the next model up. Also... you had the BEST PRICE. Curbside delivery was the way to go. Easy...

Easy set up and provides excellent prints. Does not take up a lot of space. Really like the Eco tank concept.

Love the liquid ink that you fill the tanks with .... you get a huge amount for your money and the tanks are so very easy to fool with absolutely no spills. It prints fast and is not noisy. You really get your monies worth in ink. The setup is a little quirky but once it is done it is a breeze. I ordered extra ink to have on hand and I don’t have to worry about it drying out while in storage. I highly advise getting this printer.

Easy to set up and prints well. We haven't had it long enough to tell how economical it is going to be. It was easy to fill each tank from the ink bottles that were supplied. Make sure you are paying attention. I'm not sure what you would have to do if you filled a tank with the wrong color of ink.

It runs smooth, paper advances in a quiet manner..And setup was a breeze..

Printed instructions- useless. Epson instructions on YouTube- useless. Plenty of other non helpful YT videos until I found one that actually helped. Once I got to that one video that helped me get it set up I followed instructions and was good to go! Note, I had to move off my WiFi 5G to the lower bandwidth WiFi for set up. Epson printer took about 10 minutes to install and update after connecting to WiFi. I like the ink tank vs. in cartridges Easy to fill. I like you can tilt up the control panel to an angle you prefer. Got my IPad Pro connected to the Epson and printed away very easily. Prints off my 5G WiFi after set up. Note, it prints slowly. This is fine for home use, printing for a higher demand and faster pace move up to a business printer. All in all a good deal at the price. Easy and quick shipping fromBest Buy, got it next day! Ease of use is great once you get it set up.

Love this printer so n last long but only issue it does get jam

It was a bit of a bear to setup, but eventually I got it going. It prints wirelessly from my laptop. There is a function that will let you print from your phone even if you are away from home (through the internet) and I haven't used that yet. I paid a little more for this printer because the ink cartridge refills were more cost-effective, so it will be a better deal over time.

The EcoTank 2720 is a great printer. It is compact is size, but prints just as nicely as my large WF 7720 printer. I like the large size tanks. The ink lasts a long time. As for the build quality, it is a very light printer. The exterior housing seems thin. The output tray is flimsy and I fear it is going to break any second. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase.

LOVE IT! Easy to follow the step-by-step instructions (with pictures). I wasn't sure if I would like the bottles of ink instead of cartridges, but I actually like it much better. There's no mess and I'm sure it will last much longer than the old cartrages. It prints beautifully. Copies are cllear and bright. Best color printer I have ever had.

Good printer nice i like it no complain about it im happy

I had read all the bad reviews claiming how hard it was to set up. Luckily I decided just to get it and see for myself. Setup was super easy. Took me about 15 minutes from unpacking to printing from 2 of my computers. I love the ink system in this printer, I've printed out at least 50 pictures and I still don't even see a noticeable decline in the ink reservoir!
