    It took a professional to connect it to my older desktop (tower-type) computer, but it scans and copies beautifully. Maybe, I could have connected it with a newer computer. I also like the 'off-white' housing and the compact size. Thank you!

    The quality of the prints are good but it does not do double sided prints. I didn’t even think to ask if the printer/copier did double sided as I wrongly assumed that was a standard feature. I wish the sales rep would have thought to say something If you need double sided printing/copying this product is not for you

    Easy to setup and I updated multiple devices to access this printer and all worked first time without any problems. Even a problematic notepad that has never liked other printers worked. The ink was very easy to fill and the install instructions were easy to follow. The only thing I miss is the print quality of this printer is not nearly as good as the older brand that I had. However, that companies new printers also do not print as well as the older models.

    Works well, worth the price. The ink bottles last far longer than the scam cartridges that get used in most printers.

    It was a bit tricky to set up. The display panel is too diminutive! Once that was done the printer is fast, quality of printing and copying excellent and the color ink tank system results in beautiful color prints. I highly recommend this model.
