I got this printer to replace my ET-3760 model that stopped working after 4 years of daily use. I was trying to save money and purchased the ET-2800 this time around, and I regret it big time! I never had issues with the 3760, it was the easiest printer I've ever owned. The 2800 has given me nothing but headaches...constantly having to restart it for no reason, colored pages are not printing in correctly even though the ink is full, constant paper jams, and loses connection to my laptop frequently. I also did not realize that you can't print double sided when I ordered it, or that would have been a deal-breaker. The paper feeder does not hold a lot of paper, so we are constantly refilling it. Overall, the lesson I learned was spend the extra $100 on the higher model!

Installed easily. I like the tank idea and hope they do last longer than inkjets, but while the wi-fi set up went easily and worked without problems, within 2 weeks, it disconnected itself and it looks like I will have to invest some real time undoing the first set up and then re-doing it all again which is not good. Also, I was not able to print to the printer remotely as advertised. Others had complained about this but I was hoping it was very sporadic and minimal. Now, I amafraid it was not and this printer may be headed back to the store.

This printer its alright, i bought it because its annoying looking for ink that they may have or may not have, so this one its supposed to have a better ink capacity, the quality of the print its ok, but not amazing

Had some trouble connecting to the computer but managed it. still unable to print off my computer screen though. I have to save to my computer first then print. Other than that, it is a great all in one unit I highly recommend it.

Great everyday printer. Instructions were a little unclear on how to set it up from you computer without the disc. I initially set it up from the app but wanted to print from my computer as well. Since I don’t have a disc reader I had to go through the whole process of “initial setup” online as well. Does not include usb to connect to computer for firmware updates.
