Great Printer but it sucks to not be able to scan from the feeder and only on the flatbed. If I realized earlier I would have returned it but it’s too late now.

Great purchase once you learn to adjust the printer settings. Best Buy price matched and provided excellent customer service.

The scanner option needed a cable . I didn’t get full refund when I turned it in

I have looked at this for a while as I have struggled with ink cartridges. I purchased this ET-2800 and am very satisfied with it. It performs all of the functions well. Glad I got this!

This printer has been very reliable and we've saved hundreds on ink. I miss having a document feeder occasionally.

It is more economical. You have to control printer from an app. I have no idea why they have display in printer. It 1 x1 “ . Its not usable for me . I hope the printer grows on me . Print quality is ok .

Worked well when it worked. I have owned it less than a year and I keep getting a scan error, which after looking into it, seems to be an issue with this printer. I don't need nor want to scan. I just want to print, but I cannot use it as long as it is showing the error message. The guide says to unplug the printer and restart, but it didn't work for me. I am using it as a sublimation printer, therefore it invalidates the warranty.

I purchased this to replace a very old HP photo smart printer. This is a nice upgrade. I also love that the ink format as it is more efficient and much cheaper than the HP ink.

It was a bit difficult setting up and connecting to wifi. Instructions were confusing but after four hours I was able to get it done

My new printer was a requested Christmas present from my family since I recently bought a new laptop from you. It was a slight hassle bc it was purchased during holiday and included a mixup but the person who finally handed the printer was a rockstar

Instructions not clear on how to send photos from iPhone to printer but I finally figured it out after being frustrated. Overall picture is clear and will get photo paper to see better results

Second ecotank we have purchase the first one we are still using the original ink. Second one went to college and and complaints and using with a mac book.

Have had problems with the color heads not wanting to print color correctly. Don't print color often so this is the issue.

This printer setup is absolute garbage. It will not print accurately. It continually has missing segments. The unit started jamming after a couple of months as well and now doesn't work at all. If you need good printing, go somewhere else, anywhere else. BestBuy will not stand behind the printer, and Epson makes you jump through many hoops to process warranty. I have been dealing with them for 2 years with no resolution. The make you clean the head, the jets, etc. Each time it burns up almost half a full tank of ink! The whole point is to save ink and money on a better solution. You will waste your ink all the time and be in the same situation as us. Don't buy this and don't purchase from Best Buy as they will no stand behind any of their products. They push you on the manufacturers who have no relationship with you and no reason to support you. Bad product, bad experience, don't do it...I have warned you.

Needed an inexpensive printer with WiFi capability. This is a perfect fit. Easy to set up and easy to use.

I was pretty happy with this printer until it developed a problem with an ink nozzle about Sept. 2024. At this point, trying to decide if I'm going to pay the $100 for an in-home repair visit or just buy another printer as I've never had one that didn't last several years past its warranty.
