So far, so good. Seem to work as advertised. I think I am going to really like the tanks over buying cartridges. I replaced a Canon that had wi-fi issues. So far, no issues. I have not printed photos yet to see how they compare.

Had difficulty connecting to devices. Small screen is hard to read unless you are at eye level. Pleased with it being an inkjet printer. Less cost in ink.

I have owned 8 different Epson printers and all-in-ones over the years, and I have loved Epson products, but my latest Epson purchase yesterday has been horrible. I setup my Epson EcoTank ET-2800 and the print test sheet had a lot of missing lines. I performed head cleaning 3 times and it wasn't any better. I then received an error message indicating that there is a problem with the print head nozzle and to see documentation. WHAT DOCUMENTATION??? There is nothing delivered with your products anymore and I have no idea where to look. I went on Epson's website and found something that said to run the Power Clean utility, so I did. It solved about 50% of the issue. The instructions said not to run the Power Clean function for at least 12 hours from the last time. I went to sleep and the next morning, 12 hours after the first Power Clean, I did it a second time. My print test still had missing lines and again I had to wait 12 hours to run Power Clean again. I just ran the 3rd Power Clean and used up a lot of the ink that came with the printer and the problem still exists. This time I received an error message saying that the ink pad is near the end of its service life!!! I just bought this piece of junk yesterday!!!! The instructions say to call Epson for help after 3 failed Power Clean attempts. I'm returning this piece of junk to BestBuy tomorrow. This printer feels like a lightweight piece of plastic. Poor quality.

This printer worked great. I took 2 week break from printing my original art work and have had issues every since. I can't seem to get the head clean. It's like it keeps getting plugged up. I've tried every tip and trick I have read about and watched on YouTube.
I have a ton of refill ink for it, but can't get it to print without lines of ink missing. This happened after the manufacturers warranty expired and I did not buy added protection (not sure why, I usually do). I'm very disappointed and not sure what to do. Can't decide if I want to buy another one of the same printer (since I have all these refills), or look for a different eco tank printer.

The Epson 2800 Tanker is the way to go with an ink printer these days. The old days of expensive toner carts is gone, thankfully. So far, I like this printer.
