It works with an app. Don’t like that either. Just give me my old HP! Was talked into it by a salesperson who I found out later was from Epson!

Still not installed!

When called Duluth store, about 5 times before hot a live person, I got someone with a strong accent and where people in the background were not talking English. When I was told it would cost $125 to have someone come to the house to help, told him to forget that and it is still just sitting there. Ink has been installed.
