constantly malfunctions,have had to re set up twice in 3 weeks. Keeps telling me serial # is wrong and can't register product eventhough I get messages with that same serial # have had several eco tank printers from Best Buy.Lots of problems

A large ink tank supply is super convenient. Good print quality. All you need for small office work.

Could not hook it to wireless even the geek squad was not able returned it and went to staples bought another printer which hooked up immediately

Like printer but didn't realize it doesnt print double sided.

After having a $60 canon printer for almost 12 years it finally gave out. I figured it was time to upgrade to a cartridge free printer and bought the eco tank with high hopes. Turn out it does not do double sided printing! For a $200+ printer I expected at least that much. The amount of paper it feeds is so little that I have to constantly refill it, and I’ve had a couple of paper jams as well. Lastly, the WiFi connection tends to drop and I have to reconnect it every so often. I would not recommend it and will be looking into other options.

Set/up instructions are horrible, Booklet enclosed not totally helpful. No one to talk to on the phone. Not sure how to connect to Wi-Fi. Can copy but Hope to be able to fully use soon.

This thing has such great reviews. I’m really disappointed It’s overrated for sure. The print quality isn’t that great. The inkwells with bottles is really nice though. Networking with this thing is a nightmare. It’s never available. I have to go into the app and mess around with it for it to become available. We AirPrint everything because that’s what we did on our old HP and canon. AirPrinting is miserable with this too. My daughters almost end up in tears every time they have to print school stuff. So I’m looking to find a new one. Won’t be Epson. I know that.

I thought this printer was the best until after a week or two the ink nozzles dried up, had to pay Best buy geeks to come out and fix, about two weeks later it did it again, returned to store for my Brother printer

Fast delivery easy to set up and use. I’m tech phobic but easily set it up by myself.

This printer works fine when it is hardwired. However, due to my office setup I had to move the printer across the room and set up wireless printing. It now takes several minutes to print a small document and it getting to the point where it is very annoying and frustrating.

I bought this printer in April 2022, I have probably printed once a month a couple of pages here and there since I received it. It has now non-working, due to a nonexistent paper jam.

Worst purchase for a printer. I purchased this in May of this year and have used it a handful of times and now it will no longer print after the simpliest jobs creating a printing error.

I am having trouble connecting to the internet. Ink is ok. Expectations are high and used a quarter of ink in two days.

Great product! Very quiet, excellent printing. Love not having to buy cartridges.
