So far, so good! I got tired of wasting money with frequent purchases of new inkjets for my previous HP printer. So I decided to try the Epson-Eco Cartridge Free Printer. It's easy to set up and you get so much more ink than those expensive replacement inkjets!

I bought it less than a year ago, and it doesn't work, and no one has solved it for me, not Best Buy or Epson. I don't recommend it.

Absolutely the worst printer I have ever purchased. Never connects wirelessly. Have to constantly turn it off and back on. Never could connect it to my kids computers so they have to send it to me to print.
Update: Now the printer only prints every third line. Not returnable now so I’m out my $200! Awful experience with Epson. I will NEVER buy one of their products again! Do yourself a favor and stick to an HP!

This product is horrible. I didn't have it that long. I didn't use it that much other than print a few items. It constantly jams and when there is no jam I keep getting a jam error 00031. Looked it up and found out it is a defective hardware. I had an HP printer for many years but I got tired of being ripped off so tried this, big mistake

Its nothing special. Very basic. I would've returned it but dont have the time. It only scans one sheet at a time and you can't do double sideded scans. The buttons are a little confusing

I'm not happy with this printer. It is cheaply made and slow. It also takes a tremendous time printing the highest quality print. I will keep it for a second printer backup.

I am in shock that this printer does not have a duplex printing option available from the print screen, and requires manual paper switching. What century was this made? I will be returning it.

I had a previous Epson printer for about six years and it was a wonderful and reliable piece of equipment. I bought this printer about six weeks ago and it is the most problematic high maintenance piece of equipment I have ever owned. It rarely prints properly and the heads need to be cleaned and the print setting readjusted almost every time I try to use it do yourself a favor and do not buy one.

Black & White Only After A Few Months

Just awful. After a few months it is now a black & white printer only. I have tried every maintenance related thing I could and it still is not printing Yellow, Magenta or Cyan. yes, even added ink to each reservoir.

It’s ok sometimes gives error message for no reason . The speed is not so fast it’s just ok for me . One thing I like is the ink bottles vs the cartridge definitely lasts longer , prints are good

I did not like the Epson EcoTank ET-2800 at all. Very attractive and small printer; however, it used entirely too much ink for a very small job. I had to return it and upgraded to Epson XP-7100.

Please save yourself the frustration and do not buy this printer. I used to believe in Epson, I had an XP 440 that lasted 13 years, no problems. This printer connected to WiFii is so fickle. It tells you it's out of ink when it's not, printing from a computer is a nightmare. None of the manual solutions work.

The printer is great until it comes time to change the ink pad. Once you change the ink pad it no longer works. This is my 4th printer of epson that has done the same exact thing when my ink pad is at end of life. contacting epson is a waste of time as well.

PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED WITH NO PROBLEM. WORKS FINE, BUT i AM UNABLE TO REGISTER THIS ITEM WITH EPSON. I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO REGISTER THE PRODUCT WITH EPSON BUT I GET A MESSAGE THAT THE SERIAL NUMBER IS INVALID!!!!!!????????
