My ET-2800 lasted only 4 months before it stopped working. After talking with tech support for hours they said trash it. Never buying Epsom again

No support from anyone even though I paid for the service via phone support

I could not get it to connect with my computer and when I called during the very limited assistance hours they instructed me to return it to the store. I did just that.

It took a while to get it to print. When it finally started, it jammed. I took it to the Geek Squad. The person told me that they don't work on printers. He said my only option with Best Buy was to get a refund.

Not comparable with a AT&T system. Some charters found on any key board, are missing when you try to input your password.

useless, very difficult to set up. wouldn’t recognize my internet and would not work remotely. I went back to store and purchased the Epsom 2850 that at least works.

this is the second printer i bought. The first was returned because it was having issues feeding the paper. Now this one keeps saying paper jam. There is no paper jam.

Not very user friendly. Paper keeps jamming/ stats that there is something stuck in the printer and it is clean. So with the second use it is no longer working.

Bought this printer to sublimate 26 jerseys. It was such a pain to feed the paper. I would attempt 4-5 times to get it to print correctly once. It will either say "paper jam or no paper" If you want this printer for sublimation, I suggest you pay extra for a different printer because this printer did what it was supposed to but had many inconveniences/obstacles to making it work.

Bought for my grandson for Christmas 2021. At 9 years old, he has used it maybe 10 to 15 times. A couple weeks ago a friend at school asked him to make a copy, we got an error message that the paper was out of the rear feeder (The only feeder). Have not been able to get an answer as to why this message is being displayed, its useless at this point. He got this December 25th but purchased in November so warranty is up.
