I've had this model for over a year now. No issues at all to report. I am still on my original ink supply. No issues with the ink or with printing quality. It does get used more often during the school year by far, but it has also gone unused for several weeks at a time in the summer and works just as well as ever.

Fast and super quiet. Adding ink super easy, mess free. Cheaper than cartridges. Great printing quality.

Printer is very good when it is running, There are no real instruction, The enclosed brochure was mostly on loading ink. The major issue is that part 3 of the print instructions locked me into a $9.99 monthly update of systems in the PC. This may have been from you or HP. Either way - this is terrible PR work. If it was from you it was BAD. It it was from HP - WORSE TO ALLOW HP TO BUG YOUR PRODUCT. You should note that had already HP locked me out of printing as I was not using genuine (over priced) HP products. The printer is really good. The intro was awful. Another issue is that the ink resevours were not initially usable as I had to guess that the covers could be raised so the ink wells worked, You really should enclose brief starting notes.

Bought this printer a month ago and so far it’s working great! I was surprised at the print quality in black and white as well as color! I had read reviews that said the print quality with color was only fair, but I would rate it as excellent. We’ll worth the money!

I have an Epson at my office and I love it. Had to get one for the house. Love the supertank as I always know when I'm running low on ink. Never again will I have to run out to the office store to buy cartridges or sign up for HP monitoring and paying every month.

This is my second epson ecotank printer. This one is an upgrade from my previous printer. This prints double sided!!! What a dream for a homeschool family! The ink is so reasonably priced & lasts about a whole school year. And that's with daily use!

Love the printer. Ink bottles easy to use. Printer is compact on the desktop for all its features. Large paper tray. Hate that Apple Mac does not support two-sided printing. Apple and Epson seem to be pointing fingers as to whom is to blame, who is going to fix it, and when is it going to be fixed; Epson loses that game.

I purchased this printer to replace an older Epson eco-tank and this one is much smaller and has the same features. The ink filling system is much improved. Just open the tanks, open the bottles and turn the bottle upside down on the special tank fitting. The ink automatically goes in. No more spilling ink or squeezing bottles. I did have trouble getting my network to recognize the printer and had to enter my network password several times.

I replaced and HP OfficeJet after getting feedup with cartridge costs. This machine has everything the OfficeJet had except a fax. (Next module up adds a fax). Surprisely, it came with full ink bottles that filled the tanks with a little left over. I don't expect to have to by refills for a few years. Print quality, paper handling (does double-sided printing) and their software is magnitudes better. So fair, totally satisfied.

It does what it states in the description. However, it's quite slow at times and fails to print often. I have much higher models with the same brand that a far better options, but quite expensive. The ink lasts for a very long time, that is consistent across all ecotanks.

My friend has a printer like this & has used it a lot over the last few years & loves it & the fact that it holds a lot of ink & u do not have to buy expensive ink cartridges. I am happy with it in the short amount of time that i have owned it.

Very easy to set up. Prints great. If I had to do it all over again I would buy this printer again.

Excellent printer, and every economical in terms of ink replacement. The only disappointment is that the control screen is not a touch screen, but rather uses a rather clunky method of pushing buttons on the side. We also have a ET-4760, which has a touch screen, and this is preferable. Still recommend, as it is a good value, if you don't mind the way the control screen works.

Working well. I did have an issue with a "filter" error, but a quick search showed that the issue was related to my iMac's operating system, and a quick download of the latest Epson driver software solved the problem. I bought a similar (3830) for my daughter, and she is also quite pleased with my gift.

I like this printer a lot. Love the "no ink cartridge" idea. Prints color and B&W nicely. 4 stars because the mobile print was/is confusing. Somehow I ended up with 3 Epson apps/icons on my phone in the process of trying to print a single page. No issues printing from laptop.

This is our first Eco Tank Printer and I love it. It's very efficient with ink use and offers a lot of functionality and features. It's also nice compact shape and size and fits much better on the stand than our old printer. Usually we go cheap on printers and they wind up costing more in the long run. This time we splurged and couldn't be happier.
