This has been a great printer. We have had it for over a year. Great quality. And love the fact that I’m not constantly changing ink cartridge.

I was able to purchase this online on sale for a great price, picking up at the store was super easy as well. The printer is just a great little machine, easy to set up and use. Very happy with my purchase.

A pretty good option so far. Works like it should, pictures appear just fine so far, but frequently found "offline" with some error or an other. Hoping the tanks last as long as advertised!

Good clear print but the colors could be a little deeper. Print preview is confusing when trying to orient specialty papers. Limited selection of paper sizes and types. Overall an ok printer for any home office

I like that the printer has refillable ink tanks, saving on plastic cartridges but the printer itself is very noisy and not particularly fast at printing each page. Easy to use for printing but scanner setup isn't an easy task!

This printer prints quality documents including images and graphics. I was surprised how little the ink levels dropped over the last month+ of use so I do believe we will same money on ink in the future! I do miss the touchscreen feature but that was a hundred more.

Easy to set up and automatic to use (paper tray and document loader). have only used regular office paper, but plan on trying out some higher-grade paper. My only concern is whether I can replace ink nozzles when they wear out.

Easy to setup, good quality colored prints. Print speed is good for an ink based printer. The top cassette is pretty convenient to have.

I like it so far. I had an HP before and eventually these printers give out. So hoping this will last a long time. Hopefully ink refills are cheaper. I wanted something that copies, scans and can print with a picture once in a while. Takes a bit to set up, it has to discharge as they call it, which uses ink. Not sure where the discharge went? My old HP used to scan to an email, this only scans to a PC which you have to install the software for it. More expensive than others but hoping it lasts for years.

Would give this printer a perfect score except it had allot of connection problems when it was first placed in service. There are 3 methods to connect to the printer. Wi-Fi to the router (Recommended), Wi-Fi Direct go around network and print directly to printer, & LAN wired cable connection to the router. The first and second go through your network and all your networks safety security measures. The second Wi-Fi Direct is considered risky contaminating the printer with malware. Which can pass onto your network if the printer is then connected to the network at a later point and also devices like this printer can be accessed separately by those who want to exploit your information. Printers all have IP addresses just like computers and can be exploited by malware just like computers. Imagine all the information that you fax, print or scan by these devices. And with built in blue tooth, these devices have even more capabilities of exploiting your home office. Anyway , had extreme difficulty conveying to my wireless network. You would think LAN connection would trump the other two. Not the case. Finally got it working right. There was a hidden download that I needed to add to my work computer which finally set things right. I didn’t think anything was set up wrong because my work computer could see the printer. And a half the time it worked. After many months of frustration I gave up for a while. The we had another round of Covid in our office and back to working at home. So I finally found a statement that said the app had to be installed on all devices that you were going to want to connect to the printer. And that was it! Problem solved! But not during the time I needed the printer most. So no solid 5 stars even tough it finally works great. Epson should have made the app download to each device clear in the setup instructions in the printers manual. But it was not there, ANYWHERE!!!

I love this printer. I just started to use it and I getting to know how to use it and it has been fairly easy to use. Matter of fact I have even used my cellphone, it works like a champ. I just have to learn how to use the other features.
