    this is a great machine and helps in my business each day. the color printer is awesome and it helps make my work look easier and more professional. we got it at a low price that fit in our budget and learned how to buy the ink at a low price to help with expenses. we would recommend it to other users

    My last HP printer lasted only 10 months before it stopped responding and ink cartridges needed to be replaced every 1 to 2 months. This unit has performed almost flawlessly and ink level still shows nearly full after a month of use. It also does not gives us the surprise of going offline without any advance warning.

    I had difficulty setting up the printer so I called customer service who was nice enough to walk me through the process. I was not able to print anything. The call was disconnected and I called back and spoke to another representative who directed me to use a different app. I’m still having difficulty with this printer.

    Epson ET3850 replaces Epson WF3640. Cost of ink for the WF3640 was high and the footprint of the ET3850 was smaller. I have been printing a lot since the ET3850 was installed, if I were still using the WF3640 I would have had to replace ink supply. The ET3580 cost more but the operating expenses will offset purchase price in less than a year. Operation of the ET3880 has been flawless. The only drawback of the ET3850 is a 150 page paper supply.

    Unit was extremely difficult to connect to our system. Wireless would not connect, ended having to use a cable to connect. Action of unit is rather clunky. Paper feed is notchy and paper discharge causes paper to kick sidways and get bent.
