    Good quality printing, very fast color pages, BUT it took ours to get set up. Have your phone handy. Download "Epson Smart Panel" app. It will walk you thru all to things to do for the basic set up. The printer does a lot of thinking and making noises and you do button pushing, so you can't walk away or use your computer. Afterwards you will need to scroll thru the printer screens to activate more item to get it to print wirelessly. It still won't won't talk to my new model Chromebook. It does hold all the ink provided in the large 6 oz bottles, after the set up pages are done. I like that the top load feature folds close to keep our dust, when not in use.

    I bought this printer on sale during black Friday because of being tired of the high cost of regular ink cartridges. I never opened the box because I ended up returning this one for the Epson - EcoTank ET-4850 which was a little higher in price but has faxing capabilities. I'm sure the ET-3850 is a great printer.

    This printer is wonderful! I bought this one to replace an older one that ran out of ink cartridges so fast, I was changing them every 2 weeks. This hasn't had to add the liquid ink for a while now, so I am happy.

    I rarely use this product. I just wanted to printer that would scan. The sales person would not allow me to look at other printers, but basically pushed me to purchase this printer. When I asked about other printers, he refused to talk about them. He was the most arrogant, condescending pushy human being I have ever met.
