    We're delighted with being able to spread our ink replacement purchases over many months, instead of six weeks. Keyed tank inlets and bottle tops make it nearly impossible to put the wrong ink into a tank. The setup software makes it much easier to install the unit on one's network.

    What a piece of garbage. Printer worked for 3 months, I didn't use it for a month and when I went to use it again it would print but be so light and faded the pages were almost still white except for small traces of ink. So something is obviously wrong with the inkjets, even though its only 6 month since purchase, I tried to get a replacement or refund no warrantees even though the printer literally had only printed 50 pages in its life and is less than 6 months from purchase or able to return. I tried all the cleaning settings to no avail, Best Buy won't take it back just a total piece of garbage now

    I didn't think I would ever be buying an ink-jet printer again. I read the reviews on this product and determined I didn't have anything to gain. I actually have everything to gain by paying much less for replacement ink than what I have been spending on toner cartridges for a laser printer.

    The Epson Ecco Printer is a great upgrade to my previous one! The only problem I have with it is the inability to scan documents! I will order the upgrade and hopefully it will be just fine!

    This printer has been a lifesaver. I have gone through thousands of pages as I'm self employed, and I STILL have not needed to change the ink. Yes, I do use color frequently as well. The printer is beginning to make some noise when printing, however I haven't done any cleaning or maintenance on it since purchasing. I have more than paid for this printer in the year since I've bought it just in what I've saved on the cost of ink! I would HIGHLY recommend this purchase. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is just because of the small noises it's making now - which isn't really any fault on the printer.
