Very easy to setup and excellent print quality with lots of ink that comes with it

I have absolutely no complaints about this product aside from just the generally high prices on all printers lately. But compared to other similar products this was a great value. So far it’s been great. Very easy setup and the print quality is top notch. Hoping the ink lasts as long as they say it should. If that’s the case then it is very much worth the purchase price.

I couldn't be more happy with this printer. The staff at Best Buy were so helpful. I explained to them the problems I had had in the past with all in one printers and they helped me to pick the perfect one. It is amazing! It was so easy to set up and it works so perfectly. I would recommend this printer to anyone! Thank you Best Buy!

I have only had this printer for a short while so I can’t speak about any long term use. It replaced a brother all in one that was close to ten years old. This printer is much nicer, but it was also much more expensive than the brother. It does appear that I will save a lot on ink in the long run with this epson, so let’s hope I get ten years of service like the brother. So far everything works great on this new machine!

love this printer! It's compact yet powerful. Very happy with the results.

Love it so far....and it isn't running out of ink every 5 minutes unlike my old HP printer. My only criticism is that when I am using the scanning feature, I am unable to stick a memory stick directly into the printer to save those scanned documents. I really liked & miss HP feature & really wish the Epson had it. A minor kvetch in the scheme of things but I took a star off.

I purchased one of these printers to replace a 5 color cartridge Epson printer. We were getting rid of an Epson Expression 830 small-in-one printer that had yellow, magenta, cyan, black and a separate photo black. Part of the reason is that the cartridges were getting so expensive to keep buying. It seemed like we were buying them every couple of months. After over a year of researching and even recommending inktank printers to family and friends, I settled on this one. I was getting a $50 trade in credit for the old printer and this printer was priced around $100 off at the time. It made the purchase hurt a little less. When I got it home and set it up (which took around 30 minutes), I really had no issues with the printer working. However, some of the features were not really what I desired. The large bottles of ink were definitely going to fulfill their purpose. However, the color really seemed washed out when I printed anything on plain paper. And I was using the same Epson bright white paper that I had been using for several years. Photos that were printed on premium glossy paper seemed washed out and even blurry, with a lack of real definition. The missing photo black really made a difference in the outcome of the prints. I had even tried to mess with different setting and research online how to improve the prints, but nothing seemed to work. It even had a new type of printing technology, which could have been the main issue, that was supposed to bind the ink to paper better and dry quickly. Another reason I originally bought this printer is for the workforce auto-feeder scanner feature. The scanner was sooooooo slow, that I decided even having a flatbed scanner would not be that bad. There's no way the flatbed scanner could be slower than the scanner on this thing. I found that to be true once I returned this one and replaced it with an Epson ET-7700. If all you are doing is printing documents, it will do the job, although I don't think it does great at that either because the words on the paper even looked washed out. I would probably not even use this just to get by with school projects and reports. However, in the long run it will save you money on buying ink if that is your main concern. There are cheaper versions of this printer that will also do that for you and probably print as well if not better. I would probably choose a different printer.

Great printer for my home office! Easy to use, not too large and prints clear and quick!

I got this Epson all-in-one to replace a Canon that died. I really like the EcoTank ink reservoirs and not having to buy so many expensive cartridges, but time will tell as to the quality. Overall the utilities (I'm on a Mac) are not as friendly as the Canon, particularly with selecting double-sided, and then it's a real pain to change paper type/quality. Overall I'm happy with it.

Good all around quality for home and small business use. The ink tanks provide ease of use, worry free printing. No more printing half a page because an ink cartridge ran dry. The photo print quality is good, documents are quickly print and good quality. Just plug in the unit, turn on, set up the network connection, and then the printer becomes available to use.

I love this printer. Ink comes is large bottles that you poor into the ink tanks. My Canon printer always had one cartridge at least that was low. Printing is fast. Two-sided printing works well which saves paper. Have had no problems. Print quality is good. The firmware and/or software updates frequently, but it does not take long.

The print quality is fantastic and the ink price is a fraction of cartridges. I highly recommend EcoTank printers after using it firsthand. Would you mind that the ink refill process takes 5-7 minutes if it meant you didn't have to spend $100's every time you switched out ink? HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GIVE THIS A TRY IF YOU'RE TIRED OF SPENDING MORE ON INK THAN YOU PAID FOR THE PRINTER!!

Here is my breakdown: 1. The printer itself does not have a big footprint- which is good. 2. The quality of the prints are very good- better than my Cannon printer! 3. The photo prints are borderless-which means edge to edge printing- also very good. 4. The ink! fabulous- liquid ink easy to replace, price reasonable, and lasts a long time.

Super nice printer. Our WF 2750 had a hardware failure so we went to Best Buy and Austin the sales rep that helped us advised us to step up to an Ecotank printer. More expensive to buy initially but the savings in ink will make it cheaper to own in the long run. The printer is fast and quiet has a smaller footprint than our old one. Very pleased with our purchase.
