The printer is excellent, but the set up was challenging and support basically non existent. When I called the number provided the tech eventually sent me a link to the website I had already been using for set up. Although the automated response by Shaquile O'neal was funny. The printer seems slow to respond to a print command occasionally. Really too early to tell if this was a good decision or not.

Best printer we have owned to date, ink seems to last forever, would buy again on any future printer use.

The best part is the ink does last a long time. I wish it had as big of LED screen as my HP did,that would be my only complaint . I have only had it for a couple of weeks , and the ink savings will pay for itself compared to the HP Cartridges I was using at $100 every two months! The ET 4850 was $399 at Best Buy and comes with 6-12 months worth the ink. The real value is in the ink savings for sure!

I'm having a little trouble printing pitches. The pitches that it prints are really good. I just need to figure out how to find tune it.

We love our new printer! The ink is easy to fill, the copy is clean, and it was very easy to set up on our wi-fi and operate.

Listen, i did an 'Office Space' thingy on my previous printer because it was always offline. No regrets though. Then i bought this printer...and now its on! I love it!

I purchased the ET4850 printer as an upgrade from the ET3830 in order to have a touchscreen and the automatic document feeder. Setup was straightforward using the touchscreen, but downloading the drivers was slow on satellite internet. I've used the printer quite a bit and have only experienced one issue...trying to adjust the print quality from my Mac mini (OS 10.14.6). It only prints in "standard" mode. I'll try to contact Epson to see what to do about that. I really like the ink tank system.

Love this! I print aolt out for paper work! have ran out of ink yet< with the other i wound of had to change the cartage twice already! ink is so much cheaper
