It's sturdy and faster than our old one. The ink looks like it will last a long time and the cost of replacements are cheaper.

Everything working well, no jams either in printing or scanning, lots of ink left. Has a great feature, often times when changing paper, I forget to pull out the tray that catches the print outs. This printer automatically extends the tray so the print outs do no fall to the floor. Love that.

There is an unusual amount of paper jams initially, hopefully this will not continue. Quality is good and the 2 years free ink is a great deal!

This is my first Epson printer and the last one, The Epson ink is a pigmented ink. When the printer stops printing and it smudges it is very difficult to figure out the problems. I prefer the HPs any day,
