Conceptually this is a great idea: Ink tanks and inexpensive refills. CONS: HOWEVER, the printer is very tempremental when it comes to paper, especially if its been around for a while. I tried using Business card stock and it took a lot of fiddling to get it to print. I bought some fresh paper and it worked. I printed labels without a problem I used standard printer paper and sometimes it prints a multiple page document and sometimes it thinks its jammed. Its not - to fix it you need to remove the paper , put it back and hit the start button. The response from Epson was maybe the paper was too thick? Never ran into this problem with any other printer I have used at home or work. Frankly I am debating returning the printer. I don't especially like the idea of having to take the paper in and out with every print job. PRO: Wireless set up was a breeze which makes it nice to send items from remote parts of the house - but you dont know if it will print until you go to the printer - again a pain.

Bought this printer because I was tired of paying more for replacement cartridges then the cost of the printer itself. I've only had it for a couple months so I can't comment on the ink usage. Seemed to connect very easy, but the second time I tried to print wirelessly it got stuck in the queue. Ended up having to connect the USB cable directly to my computer. After that printed flawlessly. It gets only two stars due to the fact that the wireless print feature should function better.

Was replacing an old HP printer because need a wireless printer. I was looking for something more economical then printer cartridges. Am not happy with print quality. I have an Epson XP-410 at another location that works much better. Not sure if its the ink. Also having a difficult time alining Avery labels. Had no problem with my HP printer.

better than buying $50 of ink every few months, but it is essentially a $40 printer with continuous ink

In selecting a printer I specifically stated I made lots of copies and needed a printer ( like my old Canon) that would make clear transparencies. I was told the Epson would do this. IT DOES NOT!!!! Thus far I have not received feedback from Best Buy on what to do in this situation!!!! I am not a happy camper!!

It is very good printer.. though it could be better if it could give a better quality. There is a line that appears in every print.. not sure what it is. I would not recommend this product due to this issue.

Bought to print out 8 x 10 and bad quality tried 4 different pictures

I found this printer did not have the choice of having the prints with borders or borderless and the print results were not good as compared to the artisan 837.

Have connected printer and reinstalled. Will not stay connected wirelessly. Geek squad would only help for a fee. Would not recommend.

Just bought this printer and still haven't printed a good picture. It's messy and the ink smears.

I regret purchasing this product. Very disappointing.

I read great reviews of this printer before I bought it. It was expensive but I print a lot so the savings in ink value seemed worth it. But sadly, I'm disappointed. It quite frequently prints poorly, horizontal lines through print and pictures. I constantly have go through the process of cleaning the print heads etc... The ink does seem to last a long time but for the amount of time I spend cleaning the thing and the paper wasted I am not sure it's worth it. I will likely purchase a laser printer and use this one only for color printing.
