This is a nice printer and I like the fact that you don't have to run out and buy ink cartridges every month. The ink is supposed to last 2 years. I did have one issue with network connection because it wanted to bounce back and fourth between my network and my xfinity guest network. Which I had to call Comcast to have it disabled. That fixed the problem. and now I can print wirelessly with ease. The print quality has been great and I am pleased with this printer.

I purchased this to provide an easy-to-use printing solution in a SOHO setting. Not having to purchase frequent ink refills is a welcome change; setup on my WIFI network was a snap.

Super easy and fast set up. High quality printing. Looking forward to the savings on ink. No more expensive refills! Only downsides: it's a little noisy and it doesn't do double sided printing. Still - I highly recommend for home office use

Tired of running out of ink ... no more!

Purchased a couple months ago because our current ink jet printer, only a couple years old, quit working. I was so tired of having to buy ink so often and for so much $$$, so when I saw this printer, I had to try it. Pros: Have printed many pages on this printer – print quality is really good, speed is acceptable, and even better, the ink wells are still plenty full (would have had to replace a cartridge or two by now on my old printer). When we do need to re-fill, it will not break the bank. Cons: A little pricey up front. Also, has all the basic features I need – print, scan, copy, etc., but not as fancy as many of the other ink jet printers available (touch screen display and advanced scan software). So far overall very happy with this printer!

Printouts are very high quality, and all features work quite well. If it weren't for the initial high cost, I would have given 5 stars. Set up was way easier than I thought it would be, and not overly messy at all--and I won't need to add ink for a long, long time. I'm not really the prime target for this type of printer, which is best for those who print a lot of documents...but I don't care. Replacing cartridges all the time was annoying, and with this printer, that is gone. Sure, it may take me longer to realize the cost savings, but that's OK (and eventually I WILL be saving money overall), as it saves me hassle and annoyance. If you print a lot, this is clearly the printer for you. But if you don't, and you just don't like dealing with cartridges all the time, then this is still a great choice.

I just got this printer and set it up. The print quality on documents and text is not quite as good as my last Canon printer, but it is not bad. It will definitely work for what we need it for. I printed a photo and was impressed with the quality. The initial cost of the printer is high, but all in all I believe the savings we will have on ink will be the greatest reason to buy this printer. No more running out of ink every 2 months!

We have only had this a couple of months, but like it so far. It does seem to take a little longer to print color photos and pictures, but the quality is worth the wait. It is very quiet to run and very easy to use. We are hoping we get a lot of use out of the tanks of ink like it says.

A good printer so far. I've had now for about a month. Stopped a couple of times mid print job and no explanation from the printer or my computer.

I do a lot of printing for school work. This print is easy to use and the liquid colors can be replace at a much lower price when compare that of other ink cartridges.

I've had this printer for a over a week. Setup was straightforward but time consuming. Filling ink in the reservoir is slow but reduces the risk for a mess. Getting antivirus to let the printer be visible on the network took a little effort. The printing is great. It prints fast and with good quality. It was easy to send prints from iPad and phones. Will post other updates once the printer has been in use for a while to see if the ink last as long as claims.

It is too early to provide an effective review of this product. It's cost is significantly higher than a similar printer from another brand. However I vowed never to buy another HP because the very expensive printer/scanner I bought from them was completely non-functional if the ink was dry. If the colored ink was dry it would not allow you print in black and white. Even the scanner wasn't functional when the printer was out of ink. I don't print often at home and this meant that the ink would dry up after a couple of months and I'd maybe only printed 10-20 pages. This Epson printer guarantees that the ink will not dry out over two years. It costs about $80-110 more than the similar printer, which is what a laser cartridge would cost so going laser isn't any better. I'll only know whether the printer is good in 2 years when I still have ink. Until then it's a 4 star.

I'm just happy that I finally have a printer that doesn't ask for more ink every time I turn it on. So far so good. It says it comes with a couple years worth of ink - will see. Quality is totally fine, very quiet (unlike my Kodak clunker) and the speed is great too. Would prefer not having a top-loading unit with paper sticking out, but that's a minor downside.

Ink lasts a long time and the print quality is great. Printing via wifi takes a few seconds but quality is still there. Email printing is great on quality but only wish it would print just the attachments not the whole email plus attachments. Print speed is good but if you want faster go with a higher end or laser.

When I first read about the Eco-Tank series of printers I was interested as my existing Epson has great print quality, but burns through ink relatively quickly. The prospect of paying more for the printer, thus not having to subsidize a cheaper printer with higher ink prices, seemed appealing. Printer is faster than my previous printer. Photo quality isn't quite as "photo like" on the same paper (a little shinier, not 100% borderless) but for my purposes is an acceptable tradeoff. I have a daughter who loves to craft and print pictures, so now I don't have to worry quite so much about whether that latest printout will exhaust the ink. Wireless works great on my home network with my computers and our phones and scan and quality is acceptable considering the price. Long-term ink use and durability are yet to be seen, but so far so good.

This is a for the ET-2550 printer. This is a great printer that will save me money on the ink in the long run. Easy to setup and use. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five stars is because the first one I bought was defective and would not feed the paper. After about 50 sheets of paper jam I packaged it and took it back to Best Buy. They were great and exchanged the printer with out any problems. Got the second printer home and setup and working great. Caution on filling the ink tanks because on the second printer I was experienced from filling the first one and so not quite as careful and got some ink on my fingers and the ink has to wear off.

So far - so good. Waiting to see if the ink bottles really do last one year. Would like the double sided to be within the machine rather than having to turn the paper over and press "resume". Minor though. Print quality is very good. Have done a couple of pictures and they have turned out good as well.

Good but not great. The large ink capacity is wonderful but the printer controls are not the easiest to use. Often seems to wander into areas that were not chosen and not easy to get out of. Print quality is very acceptable considering the cost of the printer. It's worth the money.

Set up was easy. No problems connecting wirelessly. Printed pages from phone successfully. Ink filled without any problems. No spills or drips. Now just have to see if the ink lasts the way they say. Printed pages are close to original pages. Have not tried a photo yet.
