Once drivers were down loaded, scanning was quick and easy.

This is a very reliable and functional scanner. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because I wonder how long it will be able to last without needing new parts and the 600dpi scans look a little less sharp than you would think 600dpi would when compared to other scanners

I like the speed and quality of the Epson ES-400. I am only a bit confused with the saving of the files. It says they are saving as .pdf files but takes me out to Google Chrome to open them. That is the only confusion I have about it. It is definitely a fast little scanner.

I love this scanner! Our annual audit was conducted electronically this year because of Covid and this scanner has been a life saver. Easy to use and the images are very sharp.

I have a mixed opinion about this product. The mechanics seem to be good but the software that comes with it has a lot to be desired. I have had to re-install the software d/t unexplained errors . . . i.e. it just stops working. When it is working, however, it does an excellent job.

I just love this little scanner. I use it in my business I am an accountant. We have 3 of them and do a lot of scanning. We have not had problems with any of them and they are just great!

Nice scanner, fast, wireless, small size, compacted

I was skeptical on spending money on this scanner because I didn't believe it did what it said. It is unbelievable! Scans receipts in a flash. It even knows that they are receipts! I couldn't live without this machine.

We use these daily for our billing purposes at work and it is all that I trust! If it ever fails the roller kit assembly can be purchased on Amazon and it normally fixes any issues. Super easy to install.

I bought this scanner because the 3 in one copier/scanner/fax machine I bought wouldn't handle stacks of paper and would jam. This scanner is awesome, It is fast and scans stacks of paper with ease.

This scanner is an excellent value. Scans quickly and efficiently. Numerous settings insure that the quality of the scan is always great. It is a pleasure to use. Just make sure you are ready for the speed of this machine!

Replaced a NEAT system and now wishing we did this years ago. This Epson has so many more features and upgrades...fast, high quality, OCR recognition, scan double side, etc!

I was pleasantly surprised with this acquisition to my office. Very fast and accurate scanner. Works very well with my other equipment and computer software. I recommend this scanner to everyone.

This is perfect, works with Paperport 14.5 and it is fast!!

I needed a scanner that could process multiple sheets in one pass. This scanner does that, and fast. I have some quibbles with the included software, but it has saved me a lot of time over my old single page scanner.

We bought this scanner for a Home Business that requires many pages of scans every day. This scanner, according to my wife, scans better and faster than the one she was used to when she worked at an office.

We have 6 of these in different offices in my clinic. Very fast and efficient. Occasionally with all the Epson equipment we have to re-task to a computer. But 2 sided scanning is awesome
