It works better than our old HP printer which had too many paper jams. The Epson is bigger and more bulky though and you need more space, especially height when copying or changing the ink. Those compartments need to be lifted (tilted) up to use.

It is a reliable printer, but it is important to use the original Epson ink cartridges. I intend to buy more ink before the ink that came with the printer runs out. I wish the ink was a little less expensive, though. I checked several sites on the Internet for a better deal on this printer, but Best Buy had the lowest price.

Low cost, simple to set up and use (I use it wirelessly only), print quality is good. The only caveat: the printer will print duplex (on both sides) but will not scan or copy 2-sided to 2-sided. Overall value rating for the cost is very good.

Easy to set up and use, construction seems good. I purchased this because this brand is one of the few that has individual ink tanks like the Canon printer this is replacing. A single multi-color tank is not practical if one color is depleted IMHO.

Works fine for casual home use, but if you're printing all day every day, you'll want to consider a different printer, as it is rather slow. Excellent printing and copying quality though.
