Very disappointed in this printer overall. Does it print? Sure. Does it print wirelessly? Sure. And both of those are handy, especially when printing from laptop or even my phone. However, the ink is very expensive and when one of the color inks runs out, you have to replace it in order to print in Black and White?!?!?! Seriously, who comes up with a product that requires color ink to print grayscale? Epson does and they are laughing all the way to the bank. Of course they'll tell you otherwise, that it can print temporarily in Black and White, and you'll find FAQ's on their site and even on the small LED screen that will tell you the same, but it doesn't until you replace the expended color. Makes no sense. This will be my last Epson printer until this is fixed.

So far so good, happy with this printer. Works well and user friendly, still on ink provided so its great for everything I do and need it for.

This was one of the easiest printers to set up I’ve ever had. The quality is very good and for the price I would highly recommend it.

Good new printer used to replace an older Epson Work Force one. Smooth and quiet printing, quick scanning and fax. Easy to install.

Works great, easy setup. Connected to my wifi network, can print from any where in the house. Copies and faxed with no problems.

Bought this printer based on other reviews and cost. It ended up being a very good printer and easy to hook up. I would recommend.

Switched to Epson as my previous printer broke down and warrantee was out of force. Tried another printer of the same brand but had to send it back for lack several features I needed. For the same price Epson seemed to have the features I needed. Epson's features work differently but with a little time I will be able to get a handle on the easy steps needed to complete my projects.

Excellent WiFi printer. Print quality in both black and white and color is excellent.

So far this printer is great. Does everything I need with relative ease. Set up was simple even with out the use of the cd.

Overall satisfied. However I do have a system error that pops up sometimes. Have to turn the printer off and on to clear failure. Talked to Epson Tech support gave them the failure code number and they were no help. They want me to call them the next time it pops up. Not sure what a failure code number is good for if they cant root cause the failure

Wanted an easy to use printer that did it all. Very pleased with the Epson WF-4720.

Love my Epson Printer. Easy to set up. Have not figured out the scanning as of yet but seems simple enough.

Love my printer, my favorite is the ability to print from all my connected devices not just my computer. I also love the double sided option
