There is nothing aboutI do not like. I love the speed of the printing and it is quiet.

Fastest printer I've had by far, only reason it's not 5 stars is because it cost $130 to replace both black & color ink. But we did get about 250 pages or so of ink. Prints great photos but other than the 2pics, the 250 papers were of reports.

I really like sharpness of this printer. The print quality is great and got it at a good price.

We use this printer in our home office. So much faster than the old one. Easy to set up. Very pleased.

Worked right out of box, no problems. Easy to use and setup.

Changing out the ink was confusing at first. You have to hit a few prompts on the screen to trigger the printer heads to the proper position. Overall a pretty good printer but its broken for me twice already so would recommend getting the warranty.

My complaint is the device came with no instructions for the many features the printer was designed for. For example, I was prepared to return the unit to the store for a refund, but at the last moment I made one last effort to contact Epson tech. support. I was connected to a person who very efficiently guided me through the menu for setting up the file trays for printing, and how to properly adjust for different size formats. There is still a lot of the function that I am not familiar with. I would like to find an on-line source that could demonstrate all the functions of this machine. Finally, the users manual (on-line) is virtually useless for answering functional questions, in my opinion

This is my second "Work Force" printer and it is better than the first one which was huge improvement over my previous two HP's. Easy to use and excellent print quality. My first one lasted about 6 years with fairly heavy use. So far the wireless communication is flawless and quality (as it says) a lot like laser (but a lot cheaper). Good job Epson people!

The moment I set up this printer it has not let me down. I hooked this up to my Macs installing the drivers and all and it works every time. From scanning to faxing & printing to copying pages it has not failed me. the only thing that has happened is that after a long period of time it didn't detect my computers and I had to restart it. it doesn't happen often but I've heard others needing to do that every day.

Love this printer. My first one lasted 2 years and my second one is going on 2 years. Hoping it will keep going. I print about 80 prints a day. Love the second tray for shipping labels. Easy to use. Prints clearly. Photos come out great

Works great so far. And is fast at printing quieter that my old HP printer too

1st time purchasing an Epson Printer. So Far So good. Printer is fast but loud and bright if you store it in your bedroom. Suggest you turn it off before you go to sleep so the light does not keep you up if you enjoy total darkness.

Easy to set up and network. We can print from our iPhones. Great looking prints.

I have always purchased HP printers, however I am pleasantly surprise with the performance of this printer. I love the double side printing; however, I still have not figured out how to use the paper in the second tray. But I still love it.

As a business owner that works primarily from home, reliable technology is a necessity. This printer allows me to get jobs done fast and with quality results. I am a believer in the Epson - WorkForce Pro WF-4740 Wireless All-In-One Printer.

The printer is fast and efficient. However, tech support folks not so helpful. Referred me to the CD for installation but my MS Surfacr doesnt have a CD reader. Tech support only knew how to read me preformatted instructions

Not a single issue with printer! Able to print from anywhere using both trays!
