Love this Epson WF4820 printer. The 4-inch display is just what I had been looking for. I passed on a few other printers because the display was so small or there was none. Setup is easy and everything you need to do is displayed on the display. The ink cartridges are less expensive too. I do a fair amount of faxing and this printer has faxing capabilities made easy along with scanning and copying. Price was a concern, and I caught this one at the right time.

This is a great printer for those who want reasonable quality and speed from a very small machine. It is a bit of an ink hog, so not recommended for those who are heavy printers. For the average user, it's more than adequate.

This is a very good printer with a lot of features. However, learning about all of them is made more difficult by the absence of a printed manual. Instructions on scanning through the feeder vs putting the page right on the scanner would be helpful, for instance.
All around great quality at a very good price poin

Purchased to replace my wife's old Canon Pixma and am quite satisfied. Build quality is quite good. Print quality and speed are excellent. Software suite is quite easy to use.Very easy to setup. Would definitely recommend.

looks really nice. Prints really fast without a lot of noise. The only thing in having difficulties with is staying connected to my desktop. I’m currently working from home and it won’t stay connected to my company device. It connecting initially then it would say offline when it wasn’t because I’m looking at it and playing with it. And now it won’t connect at all. The only bummer with it

We purchased this printer about a month ago. So far we love it. The set-up could not have been easier. The print quality is excellent. The scanner works perfectly. A great purchase!

once you get it up & running, it's great. but that took a month. the first on was defective. the second one had some issues but I was able to resolve them after completing some steps through troubleshooting that I never could have done on my own. now that I'm finally up and running - unbox, setup, try desperately to fix, rebox, pause unbox, set up, fix. now I keep looking for the label they said they were going to send me so I can return the first one, and I still haven't received. I don't even know who to contact, best buy or epson?

Love this printer, fast print . Legible. Not heavy. Easy to program. Will refer to friends to purchase. Touch screen. Goes on sleep mode until u use it. Long enough cord is a plus. And the feeder is sturdy

This is the 3rd Epson WF-4820 I have purchased. One of them broke down a few months after the warranty, of course. The other one works fine. I bought a new one recently. For the most part these printers have been great. I switched from HP a few years ago after having ongoing WiFi issues and printhead dysfunction.
