Had 2 WF-3740's back to back that lasted over 8 years so happy with the brand and model line. First unit was returned due to the firmware update invalidating my non-Epson ink then not recognizing any ink. BB took it back no questions (I'm a Total Tech member) and got the current unit. Running fine on Epson ink. Miss not having 2 paper trays, but otherwise happy after the first full month of use.

The printer is ok, but the quality of the copies are not all that good. I think the product needs to be updated to improve the quality of the printer. I guess for the price, it’s ok!

I have been using this new pinter for about 2 weeks. So far so good. Prints fast and quiet. Automatically prints both sides on a 2 page document. Lots of options for different types of printing. I had my last Epson printer for 15 years. I was sad that it finally failed but realized technology has come a long way. This machine is far superior. I still need to play with the scanner and print some photos and artwork. I am hoping that the color is as true as advertised. I researched printers for 3 days before deciding on this model. I do think it is the best printer in its price range.

After many years of having those 50$ hp/canon printers from walmart I finally though of making a better investment on this Epson printer. So far it has worked great. Wifi connectivity is east with laptops and phones. I can say print quality and alignment are very good when I compare to other printers. Forms and double sided documents come out straight and aligned and the built in paper tray makes the thing look elegant. The wife is a techer/dentist and is constantly printing double sided exams, copies, scans or just patients records. Pretty satisfied overall for a 200$ epson

I have about 20 clients who have this printer. They love the speed of it as well as the large touchscreen. HPs screen has gotten so small you can barely see what's written on it let alone touch the right buttons. This printer's screen is large and clear and easy to use. Changing the ink is a bit of a process, but once you do it once you got it

This All-in-One printer outperforms our Epson Expression Home XP-420, which has also been a great printer.
The copies are clear and sharp and print VERY quickly! We haven’t had in long enough to know how quickly it uses ink, but (although we’ve done a LOT of printing) we still have only needed to change the starter black cartridge.
