Amazing adaptable and reliable. Easy to set up. Paper tray is a great benefit. Easy to use. Easy to connect to WiFi.

The printer was well packaged, lots of tape to remove, and then pretty easy to set up but I could never get the paper drawer set up correctly. Several emails and telephone calls to Epson later (and long waits on their phone calls), they told me it was defective and had to be replaced. I ended up returning it to the store and they reordered it for me. I am waiting on the new one, which should arrive at the store today after a 2 week wait, and I will need someone go with me to the store to help me pick it up and then get it into the house. It is too large/heavier than expected when ordered ,and I can't handle it in the box alone. Would have picked something different at the store when I returned it, but there was no selection.

Great AIO Printer, but first time set-up went GREAT, but week later computer could not communicate with printer wireless, so I had to get a remote session with Epson and Associate got my Epson Work Force Pro WF-4820 working wirelessly.

Amazing product , helps me print out all the things I need for studying and prints out pretty quickly.

This printer is the perfect size . Makes clear and clean prints. Excellent price..

Performed as expected. This is still new to me and I have not had to replace the ink.

Nice all in one for the price. Had a rough time figuring out the scanning to a cell phone, so I had to call customer service. The CSR walked me through it, but there were many steps and I doubt I’ll remember them all next time. I know everything is online now, but a small booklet with the basics would be a nice handy reference.

Great printer. Replaced a very old printer that i had.

This is my first purchase of an Epson printer. I have always purchased Hewlett Packard (HP) printers which now appear to be having a problem with ink cartridges. The Epson printer has some nice features regarding set up, but the printer is made more fragile and operates noisier compared to HP. The print quality appears to to be comparable to HP, but the ink may last a little longer than the HP ink which would a good quality. The print tray arm is too short and does not lend room for many copies. It is also positioned right under the printer display screen which moves and makes it awkward to use. Loading the paper is also not as easy due to having to pull the complete tray out vs. sliding the paper right into the paper tray. Still assessing the features and quality of the Epson printer. As time goes on, I may like the printer a little better, but not sure yet.

Excellent product for small home office - high quality at an affordable price.

Great purchase! Many features for what I paid. I’m still learning it. Just what I need for a home office. Most definitely I will be scanning the pages and copying. I’ll save time and gas not having to go to Fedex office.
