This is my 2nd Epson, as my larger Epson office size s in storage for 6-9 months, I found I couldn't live without a printer after only 6 weeks! I purchased and Epson Work Force Pro WF-4820, and absolutely love it! I's the perfect size for me!!! I also purchased the Geek Squad warranty/service! Will donate my old one to someone who needs a great printer, (even though it's older) as soon as it comes out of storage! Thanks for the great price also!

Size, design and color is nice. Easy set up. printing quality is great. must have for school and home use. Highly recommended

Solid fast printer that doesn’t lose connectivity as much as my previous printer did from WiFi. Original ink as always isn’t much and replacement ink can be hefty price but the XL cartridges seem to last a decent amount of prints

Nice compact printer. Doesn't take up much room on my desk of my hard drive. Puts very good in color.

Very useful, I use it for sublimation the change of ink works perfectly, it doesn't cause issue when you need to update the firmware, very easy to set up and install.

Product footprint was consistent with the other workforce previously owned and fit in area previously used. Product directions were complete, and startup was not a problem. So far item is working well and provides good quality images for photos and documents printed. Smart scan works a bit differently for previous Epson model.

Price was very reasonable. Very easy to set up, even I was able to do it. Wireless feature is a must have. Quality of documents is good. Haven't printed pictures yet. Hoping the ink cartridges last for a while. The price of cartridge replacement doesn't seem exorbitant but that will be a function of their printing capacity.

Nice printer and copier. Tried to scan, but it appears to need a set up that I have not had time to figure out. Not sure if it is my lack of knowledge or the scanner setup as I have not had extra time to work on this. I really just wanted to take it home, plug it in, connect it to my wifi, and scan.

I have always bought another brand of printers but the salesperson thought I should look at the Epson. I bought it and it has all the features that I was looking for. It has performed flawlessly and I would definitely recommend it.

This printer replaced a 10-year-old Epson workforce printer, that was going through ink every two weeks! I am enjoying this new Epson printer; it prints fast and great color. I use it in the home office. I ask myself why I didn't do this sooner.
