User friendly, vibrant colors, easy set up and connect to WiFi.

This printer was bought on sale but it is worth it, very easy and convenient to use without the system bugging to connect to wifi or not being able to verify like HP. I don't know why I didn't just get this over in the first place.

Nice compact machine for the money. I've owned plenty of printers, all HP but when I couldn't find an available one I liked, I decided to give this Epson a try. So far no regrets. Easy to set up, the prints look great, and I love the wireless printing. In the meantime, I'm stuck with lots of HP ink I'll never be able to use.

It works well for home use. Has good paper capacity and is easy to set up and use. "wish it had higher capacity ink cartridges but that is the standard.

I received my new Epson-WorkForce Pro 4820 Wireless All-In-One Printer quickly even sooner than expected, set up was very easy and is working fine, love it!

I love my Epson. Now Epson customer service sucks so i highly recommend getting the geek squad program with the printer. This is my second one. The first didnt work right from the beginning and gave out within 30 days. BUT this one has had no issue prints great pictures and quick documents. Prefect for my personal use.

so far so good, didnt have any problem with setup and connected to all my devices except for my mac book air. set up on numerous others though

The setup was easy for my network and computer. Software updates with firmware did not cause any problems. The user manual is very detailed for the setup, operation and maintenance with over 250 pages in pdf format.

The printer has lots of features. It has worked well for me, and I find the print quality to be very good. I did have a little trouble with set up, but I believe that may be due to my computer being a few years old. In the end, I was able to get it done, and I am very satisfied with this printer.
