It prints well. When it goes to sleep, is unresponsive to multiple device print requests. Not sure at this point if is an Epson or Apple issue.

I had to have a printer immediately for business to replace the one that stopped working. This model was the only one available for in store pickup. For the price I paid It should have had a rear paper feed which is the feature I miss most. Also would be nice if it had two sided scanning. It also came with very simplistic scanning software. The higher level scanning software I used with my previous Epson WF Pro does not seem to be compatible with the new printer, even though I completely removed all old Epson software before installing the new printer.

We love this new printer. If you don’t have wireless printing yet, definitely need to consider it. This has made our lives so much easier. We love being able to print from any of our devices and though I am sure there are a lot of printers that will do the job, this has worked great for us!

Needed a new printer, and found this one in stock at the store. Bought it, got home and had it up and running in an hour. Has done excellent printing and copying for my needs. Very happy with this printer.

I really love this printer! I bought this printer back in 2022 and it still works like I bought it yesterday.

First time ever purchasing a printer. Set-up was easy. (I have yet to figure out scan to email via wi-fi) Unbelievably fast to receive item. I ordered 1 day & it was delivered the very next day. Prints are very nice quality.

Excellent printer for all home and office needs great

we have had several HP products, and lately been very disappointed. So, I took a chance on this Epson and am glad I did, it is so fast, and the copies are beautiful.

So far, no problems with the printer. Works well. The only problem I have is setting up the scanning. For me, it's confusing.

Replaced a brother printer with this one. Very pleasing to the eye, and performs great. You can't go wrong with this printer. Smart panel printing app in the app store is what you need to print from phone.

Mostly good. I bought it as a scanner with a printer function, not as a printer with a scanner function, The scanner works - but the functionality is tied to an app rather than being accessible through a web interface. Auto-feed scanning is a little fussy sometimes, but it can scan legal sized documents. Flat bed scanning works OK, but is limited to letter-sized documents. It's replacing a 16 year old HP Photosmart 2600.

only had product a few weeks, works so far. Set up was easy put I used the USB and just plugged in the cable. Printer was on sale

WOW- slick and easy set up!!! Display screen I can actually see and read- Clear instructions- and ease of use...so far I am impressed

For the price, I cant imagine anything better! Been using it now a little over a month. Copies are great and the scanning works very well. Its totally suitable for home and some business from home workload.

I just bought this Epson printer after always using an HP product. So far it's working great. I bought it because it prints on cardstock. I rated it a 4 star because it doesn't feel as sturdy as my old HP.

WF PRO-4820 is so far the best purchase of an all in one printer. Very easy to install; light weight and awesome price.

This is fantastic! It is so much quicker in the time it takes to print a document and the other features that I still need to explore, I'm sure they will be great also.

The set-up was simple, and I have scanned, printed and it works well. Not quite as vibrant of color as I thought but I will try different paper and see if that makes a difference. It was a little bigger, bulkier than I thought but really like it. The App is great and my son and I can print from our phone from anywhere. Waiting to see how long the ink lasts. but over all pretty happy with my purchase.

Good printer. Its alot to learn, I haven't taken time to look thru every function. I know it took foever to thr scanner to work. I still have not figured out how to get this thing to do double sided scanning. I am not able to view a document and delete ages like I used to do on my Epson 3540 all in one. This a the first printer I've had in 12 yrs that only has one paper tray. I wasn't willing to pay another $39 for a two tray.

My only complaint is that it doesn't allow me to print multiple things at the same time. It always cancels my prints if I try to print things back-to-back; I have to wait until the first thing finishes printing and then print the next one, which can be VERY time-consuming, especially if you are in a rush to get things done. Also, if you are not using a certain kind of paper, the colors are not as vibrant as I would like them to be.
