Features we like—size fits our need. Unhappy that connection to our home network WiFi does not consistantly happen. Disappointed we have had to reboot printer multiple times for print job to happen.

A great upgrade for an older, weary print/scan that was on my to-do list, but my hand was forced when the old device was not compatible with my new Windows 11 HP
I did have one original tear while feeding into the scanner. Hopefully that was an anomaly and not an indicator of issues in the future

All functions of the Epson Printer/Scanner work great. Lots of difficulty getting the e-mail set up due to gmail restrictions and need to create independent/special password just for the piece of equipment. Epson tech support overseas was really, really awful when trying to get help. Once it was resolved (without the support), the device works perfectly.

Bought this printer to replace my old one. It was cheaper to buy a new one than replace the drum on my old one. Haven't had to replace ink yet so I don't know what the price will be or the usage?

Quick and quiet, gets the job done. Prints in color just as fast as B&W.
