This is a great printer...when it works. Everything was great but this week I have had continuous issues with the connection. I kept getting a filter fail message - whatever that means. I reloaded the software and got back to a functional state but for some reason I cannot get it to print PDFs. Still looking into why but it is same on 3 different computers - an Apple Desktop, an Apple laptop and a Windows laptop. I'm close to giving up which is disappointing. I just got rid of an Epson WF-4740 after getting the unfixable 20016 error code. I will try to get assistance from Epson. Unless I figure this out soon I'm done with Epson.

Epson Workforce Pro WF-4820 was a great purchase (wireless all-in-one printer). Easy to set-up.

Prints good but I had an issue with it leaving it on and it not being available to print... I contacted Epson support and they sent me a link to download a driver that fixed the problem.
