Downloading drivers and connecting to the network...you'd think they would have this process down by now. Wireless printing still doesnt work. Otherwise a solid printer. Super fast! Runs out of ink quickly.

The local Best Buy store couldn’t help me with the problem because they said they don’t work on printers.

It prints, copies and scans perfectly, and the paper feed has been working as it should. The only thing I should mention is if you print a lot, especially with heavy color like you find on a PowerPoint Presentation, when you buy ink, I suggest you buy the XL cartridges. The XL cartridges go a pretty long way; the standard cartridges, not so much. But overall, it's a great printer.

Posted .Hello Willy, Epson periodically provides firmware updates to address issues of security, performance, minor bug fixes, and to ensure your printer functions as designed. Your WF-4820 was designed to work only with genuine Epson ink cartridges, therefore some updates may affect the functionality of third-party ink. Non-Epson branded or altered Epson cartridges that functioned prior to a firmware update may not continue to function.
