Decent printer but the paper tray is finicky

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I started looking for a new printers to use to replace the HP printers we previously used because of HP's software changes it makes managing the printers impossible. These printer are decent substitutes except for the paper tray and pickup mech. I've never seen a paper tray where you don't load the paper and push it all the way to the back of the tray. On these you have to leave some space otherwise the printer will just pick up multiple sheets. Its pretty finicky and I don't think it's my ideal replacement yet.

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's a good basic printer which is all I need but everytime it sits idle for too long it loses Wifi signal and it's a monumental task to ever get it to connect again. Many reviews have mentioned this and it comes with the "unplug it and plug it back in" cable TV type tech support I reloaded the software numerous times I guess it's time to move on. And yes I have great wifi strength with everything else in the room I can put it next to the router and it's no better
