I've had a number of modern printers from brands not worthy of quoting. From Brother, to HP, Canon and now Epson, almost all modern printers have been headaches that are only fronts for inkjet money streams. Not a single one of these brands or printers sell Inkjet printers either worth the cost or headache of flimsy quality, poor print quality, and ultimately having too many sources of hardware of firmware failure.
I literally only managed to get this product installed and set up tonight, and it already failed. The software was a headache to navigate for my fax machine. I couldn't even get a SINGLE page printed. You read that correct. I couldn't even get a single page to print as a test during printer setup. The printer immediately failed, listing the vague error prompt " Insert Paper Cassette correctly." I did everything from removing the tray, checking for any stickers stuck, removing paper, re orientating the tray, etc. Nothing worked.
I barely had this crap printer for more than 30 minutes, and I couldn't even print a single page. After multiple useless support prompts and steps from Epson, the printer now delivered the final blow. The printer told me now "Printer Error. If the problem persists, contact Epson Support."
The printer won't even load now. I would never recommend this particular printer or Epson to anyone. Terrible printer, and another lousy company.

Its seems ok so far. Thing i dont care for is it seems to use ALOT of ink up printing just 1 photo. And its a little confusing to use.

good printer ink runs quick ....but a little on the large size for home office

Item was manufactured 4 years ago the install software was a disk new computers do not come with a disk drive software not available on web I will never shop at best buy again when i complained i was told that a manager would contact me to date no call

The print function works great; however, the scan function jams more frequently especially if something that had been stapled together. So, if you scan a lot of items, just might want to consider a different printer.

Purchased for printing educational material replacing an older Epson workforce that printed larger sheets. Printer is ok, noisy when printing and it’s slow. I think I prefer the wide format.

This printer is WAY more trouble than it’s worth. It constantly needs to “update firmware” so they can keep their monopoly on 50 dollar ink cartridges. I’ve literally only been able to print 3 pages in the 3 yrs I’ve had it.

Liked the printer. Fast. Direct Wireless Print. The issue is less than a year later it stop recognizing ink cartridges.

Printer ink cartridges would not register as new, displaying empty. Best Buy store would not exchange printer after this uncommon defect. I would not recommend this printer.

I cannot scan document and send to my email. I’ve read all online documents to no avail. I also asked Geek Squad at the store & didn’t get any help. DISAPPOINTED
